Assists with incorporation/formation of new entities, dissolution of entities, and amendments to corporate documents
Performs general corporate housekeeping tasks such as issuing stock certificates, maintaining minute books, qualifying corporations in foreign jurisdictions, and filing various corporate documents
Performs due diligence reviews, assists at financial printer offices, and files documents with governmental agencies
Prepares for, manages, and attends corporate closing, hearings, arbitrations, and trials
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with a 3.4 GPA
Flexibility to work outside regular business hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed
