We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the Corporate team and will be based in Richmond, VA. They will be responsible for experienced hire recruiting for Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, Legal & Compliance, and Human Resources. They will be responsible for attracting top quality talent to CoStar while operating with flawless candidate and client execution. They will be responsible for driving business relationships and recruiting strategy across corporate functions. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing relationships with external professionals for future talent pipelines. You will consult with hiring managers on all aspects of the talent acquisition process to include recruitment strategy, candidate selection, compensation recommendations, and offer presentation. As CoStar Group continues to grow and develop, so does our Recruiting organization, so in this role, you will also be an integral part of developing and implementing talent acquisition processes and helping the organization adapt to those processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead a team of experienced recruiters in all aspects of day to day recruiting activities as well as their own professional development Partner with business leaders to understand their talent acquisition needs, develop recruiting strategies and lead execution Partner with Business Partners and other Human Resources professionals to drive successful on-boarding of new talent, retention strategies and impact employee engagement/experience Collaborate across teams with CoStar Group to drive consensus and always striving for best outcomes Contribute to broader CoStar Group recruiting strategy as the company continues to grow and scale around the world



BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Essential Job Functions/Key Accountabilities



Full-Cycle Recruitment



Execute recruiting and interviewing plans for open positions, whenever possible develop proactive candidate pipelines. Partner with external agency partners as needed, maintain preferred vendor relationships with premium agencies that understand Lindt business needs, culture and Core Values. Oversee offer letters and new hire packages in close partnership with the Compensation Analyst to ensure market competitive offers and internal equity; and with HRBPs to ensure premium onboarding is set up for new hires. Own and become a 'power user' for the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Maintain the integrity of the data in the ATS to ensure accurate reporting and tracking. Provide and analyze recruitment metrics and create executive dashboards via digital partner data and ATS reports to drive and inform decision making and be a leader of industry trends.



Secure Top Talent through University Partnerships



Oversee Lindt internship program to ensure students are given meaningful assignments and project work. Responsible for building summer program experience inclusive of engagement events, learning opportunities, and providing opportunities to make connections establish rapport with fellow Lindterns and key stakeholders in the organization. Coordinate college recruitment initiatives, building and maintaining list of preferred schools for sourcing talent. Manage Radancy, Lindt's digital partner relationship to optimize key traffic drivers and recruiting platforms to ensure our career site is successfully attracting top talent. Manage and optimize Lindt's Employer Value Proposition (EVP) in the marketplace; Guided by the pillars of our EVP, provide genuine insight into #Life@Lindt, develop collateral, maintain cultural handbook, social media sources and career site content, to reflect an aligned branding message that builds on the company's values and positions Lindt as a sought after career destination. Skills Knowledge


Proven ability to source and recruit top talent across all levels of a corporate environment. Strong organizational, project management and multi-tasking skills. Must be self-motivated and able to work independently. Demonstrated commitment to teamwork and internal client service; Excellent executive presence and ability to create strong partnerships with executive leaders required. Strong working knowledge of ATS, MS Office Suite, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and other recruitment platforms. Working knowledge of HR legal and regulatory guidelines, practices and procedures.


Experience


5-8 years full-lifecycle recruitment / talent acquisition experience in a corporate environment required; Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) environment a plus.
