Ryan Smith joined CSI in 2001 and has progressed throughout the organization leading teams in nearly every department, including sales and implementation of the company’s entire line of MasterCard products. During his tenure, Ryan has been instrumental in establishing a culture of excellence and developing the company’s collaborative approach to service delivery. Since 2009, Ryan has been a leader in the building of the globalVCard virtual payment business, and in 2013 he was promoted to Chief Service Officer. Ryan oversees the award-winning teams responsible for ensuring an exceptional customer experience is delivered at every touch point. He is a graduate of the Disney Institute’s Approach to Leadership Excellence Course and earned his degree in Leadership Studies from the University of Richmond.

Tim Millhouse joined CSI in 2013 as a technology lead in building the company’s award-winning payments platform. Tim was promoted to CTO in 2015 and oversees all software engineering and development as CSI globalVCard continues to expand its innovative web and mobile offerings. With his background in consulting and banking, Tim understands the importance of building solution-based technology platforms that are both compliant and user friendly – characteristics that are core to all of CSI’s products. Tim’s passion for technology is evident throughout his career which spans from corporate IT infrastructure to start-up innovation. Tim is an alumnus of the University of Cincinnati where he earned his BSIT in Software Development, Database.

Olivier Raguis is a Chief Financial Officer at Edenred Italia and CFO at Corporate Spending Innovations (CSI) and is based in Bonita Springs, Florida. He has worked as Financial Controller Eastern and Northern Europe at ACCOR, Chief Financial Officer at EDENRED, and Financial Controller Middle East Northern Africa at ACCOR.
