Job Summary
The Registered Nursing (RN) is responsible to perform a competent level of nursing care as demonstrated by the critical thinking model known as the nursing process. The standards of practice (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, coordination of care- teaching and health promotion and evaluation) along with the standards of professional performance (ethics, culturally congruent practice, communication, collaboration, leadership, education, evidence- based practice /nursing research, quality, evaluation, resource utilization, and environmental health) encompass the actions and foundation of professional nursing. The RN possesses clinical knowledge and skills to meet standards as required by specific clinical areas.
BSN or MSN preferred. New Hire Education Requirement: All new RNs who do not have their BSN will be required to sign a BSN Agreement committing to enrollment in an accredited RN to BSN program within 24 months of hire and successfully obtaining their BSN within 5 years of hire. Meets and maintains any requirements defined by specific specialty; Critical Care/IMCU ACLS within 1 year of hire; Emergency Care - ACLS & PALS or ENPC within 1 year of hire; Oncology Care ONS/ONCC or Sentara approved course Chemotherapy & Biotherapy Provider Card within 6 months of hire. Women's Care - Perinatal departments; NRP within 6 months of hire. Inpatient Pediatrics. PALS within 6 months of hire. All Direct Care RN's required to have BLS within 90 days of hire.

** Provide travel services for business travelers, including arranging domestic and basic international air, ground transportation, hotel, and any other travel services as requested. * Communicate with customer in verbal and written form to determine destination, mode of transportation, travel dates, financial considerations, and accommodations required.
* Arrange all travel related services. Including, but not limited to, bookings, such as air, rail, car, car service, hotel, seat assignments, and any other accommodations requested by the client.
* Develop an understanding of basic international travel, including fares and pricing, available resources and travel documentation requirements.
* Be consultative with customer, adhering to organization's Travel Policy guidelines.
* Compute cost of travel related services using the GDS (Global Distribution System) or other booking tools and resources.
* Assist customers with various needs, such as travel changes and special requests, including any necessary problem solving.
* Quality Control each reservation before queuing to the relevant ticketing/quality control queue.
* Work independently and with leadership team when necessary to make effective decisions, including resolving customer service issues.
* Review incoming correspondence and materials as needed; prioritize, summarize, and respond in a timely manner.
* Maintain all reservations in a completed state regardless of if authorization to ticket received at time of call.
* Monitor assigned queues throughout the work day to ensure reservations and tasks are accurate and complete. Contact supervisor if any tasks cannot be completed by end of shift.
* Create and update passenger profiles to properly service each traveler.
* Collect payment from customer for travel services according to Client's Travel Policy and Travel and Transport Policy and Procedures.
* Read daily briefings and industry announcements to keep abreast of industry developments.
* Participate in training opportunities to maintain and expand travel knowledge and customer service skills.
* Maintain a comprehensive working knowledge of GDS and any other product used for specific account being handled (i.e. BARTT, Online Booking Tool, Quality, Banx, etc.)

The T&E Specialist is accountable for overseeing the partnership, customer service, audit, and administration of the Business Travel and Entertainment Expense Company policy.
Essential Functions:
Research, review, support, and respond to all inquiries from employees, crew, and internal business partners within established timeframes to avoid escalation of complaints. Identify and document root causes of inquiry to create long-term solutions. Assist in interim communications to traveler base.
Communicate, collaborate, and partner with other departments, team members, and external suppliers to resolve invoice and payment problems in a timely manner by taking a proactive approach and following through to payment.
Process all expense reports, petty cash, T&E and purchasing card charges and payments within established timeframes to maximize global rebate and financial reporting.
Research, timely and accurately report and resolve all aged or delinquent travel program charges, disputed items, receivables, and audit items.
Administer all Travel programs with established Banking partner(s).
Perform other job-related functions as assigned and assist to provide cross trained coverage to other areas on the team. Coordinate and/or participate in special projects
Support Accounts Payable Leaders in accomplishing department goals related to servicing our internal and external customers and vendors.

Qualifications:
Associate's Degree in Accounting
