Job Summary and Qualifications
The Supv, Respiratory Therapy, under the direction and supervision of the Director, has accountability for assignments of shift activities and follow-up to ensure that assignments are completed as ordered by physicians. Provides and oversees delivery of respiratory care, has accountability for the Quality Assurance of the Blood Gas systems to assure successful CAP inspections. Supervisor is responsible for the performance improvement functions of evaluation, monitoring, analyzing, training, inventory control, maintaining regulatory and compliance requirements and risk management processes.

Delegates work appropriate to job classification with clear concise directions.
Ensures accuracy and completeness of work performed.
Follows hospital policy and procedure in performing job functions, skills and tasks.
Willing to adjust personal schedule in cases of workload fluctuations or other departmental needs.
When assigned work is complete, seeks additional tasks to be done.
Performs well in stress and emergency situations, demonstrating effective coping skills.

What qualifications you will need:
Registered Respiratory Therapist with a preferred minimum of two years supervisory experience.
Demonstrated experience with each of the required areas of expertise. a. Adult b. Geriatric c. Pediatric and/or d. Neonatal
Professionally interacts with patients, guests, physicians, and other employees.
Graduate of an accredited AMA School of Respiratory Therapy required, Bachelor's preferred
Current licensure by the Texas Medical Board.
Current NBRC Credentials.
Current BLS certification (other certifications as required per Provision of Care for area of employment) H. ACLS, PALS and NRP certification required within 6 months of employment

Managing ventilation and airways by assisting with artificial airway placement, initiating and adjusting invasive and noninvasive ventilation, monitoring patient responses, and responding quickly to clinical changes or emergencies.
Supporting patients and the care team by educating patients and families, serving as a clinical resource, partnering with physicians and nurses, and helping stabilize newborns during deliveries when needed.

Job Summary and Qualifications
The Respiratory Therapist coordinates and delivers high-quality, patient-centered respiratory care in accordance with the nature and specific requirements of the department, and consistent with the scope and standards of practice for the relevant state and specialty. As a vital part of the patient care team, the Respiratory Therapist performs a variety of diagnostic tests and therapeutic procedures and monitors patients receiving invasive and noninvasive mechanical ventilation.
What you will do in this role:
You will perform and document patient assessment, including breath sounds, airway patency, and cuff pressure. You will conduct diagnostic procedures to evaluate the need for, and response to, respiratory therapy.
You will administer respiratory care therapies, including oxygen delivery, aerosol medication delivery, and chest physiotherapy.
You will assist with placement of artificial airways. You will initiate, monitor, and maintain mechanical ventilation.

Job Summary and Qualifications
The Radiological Technologist performs a variety of technical procedures that require rational independent judgement, ingenuity, and initiative in performing standard examinations in the diagnosis and treatment of disease.
What you will do in this role:
Demonstrates competency in radiation exposure and monitoring.
Demonstrates competency in ALAR and dose equivalent limits.
Demonstrates competency and knowledge of Radiation physics.
Demonstrates competency with critical behaviors and age specific care.
Demonstrates competency with appropriate method of patient identifiers. Two ID's.
Demonstrates knowledge of proper radiation protection of patients and employees in accordance with ACR, NRC, and ARRT (time, distance, shielding).
Demonstrates knowledge of automatic exposure control (AEC)
Demonstrates knowledge of image processing and quality assurance.
Demonstrates knowledge for criteria for image evaluation.
Demonstrates knowledge of image distortion (magnification, OID, SID).
What qualifications you will need:
Must have graduated from an accredited school of Radiological Technology with an Associates degree or equivalent.
BCLS required
Must be A.R.R.T. (RT).
Must have Texas Medical Board license (TMB)
Clinical experience is preferred

Job: Phlebotomist Classification: Hourly/Non-Exempt Job Category: 3 Technicians The Phlebotomist is responsible for drawing blood, properly labeling each specimen, and working closely with the lab to make sure that the proper samples are delivered for each patient. Our phlebotomists must exhibit excellent patient service, answer patient questions, act as a resource for patient information, and strengthen the relationship between the patient and our entire medical facility. -Correctly identifies each patient using two identifiers.
-Collect specimens exactly as outlined in each medical requisition or order.
-Develop effective collection techniques as they relate to groups such as pediatric and geriatric patients.
-Properly label and package each specimen and ensure that every specimen is delivered to the laboratory on time.
-Maintain an organized and clean work area based on the guidelines of our medical organization.
-Effective verbal and written communication.
-Ability to learn and use current Hospital and Laboratory Information Systems.
-Must be able to multi-task and function in a high stress, busy work environment.
-Adheres to and follows all patient experience initiatives.
-Reports to and departs from work on time and as scheduled.
-Performs other duties as assigned.
-Must be able to deal with stress while maintaining composure.
