Researches and develops new programs, operating procedures and revenue sources, and develops funding proposals. Prepares and monitors compliance with the facilities budget. Maintains financial records, including revenue and fees generated by programs, program operational costs, facility revenue and expense schedules, budget projections, and analyses. Negotiates and monitors vendor and concession contracts and operations. Supervises implementation and enforcement of risk management and safety policies, regulations, and procedures. Monitors accident, incident, and emergency situation reports; escalates as necessary. Participates in the development, implementation, evaluation and enforcement of facility policies, procedures, and standards. Interprets, explains, and enforces federal, state, county and city laws, rules and regulations. Makes periodic written and oral reports, including budget updates and projections, and special reports to the management team. Researches, prepares and administers grant applications for recreation facilities, improvement projects and programs. Other duties as assigned. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Next Sports Company policies. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: overseeing on-site security / front desk, facility cleaning services, concessions, staff schedules and addressing complaints and resolving problems. Education and Experience Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Recreation, Sports Management, Public Administration, or a related field.
