    Construction Inspection (Primary Focus) Lead projects and/or perform on-site inspection and documentation of WisDOT or other client highway and bridge construction projects. Communicate directly with contractors, WisDOT staff, and project team members to resolve field issues. (preferred) Technical Knowledge Experience using Autodesk Civil 3D (preferred) Professional Skills Effective conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities. Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills. Computer literacy, including use of relevant communication and file organization software. Interpersonal & Leadership Skills Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with team members & clients. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
