I thought the pros of working at WellPath are the good nursing staff from

The HR and managers are rude. They are against their employees

Management is the worse. Favoritism is shown and promoted with managements friends. Low pay and benefits. Don’t walk -RUN!

Low pay compared to same job different location, holidays off vary by location, PTO do not roll over, management is shady, corporate rely on mgr opinion regarding staff, company does not give employees appreciation, retention is low, biases occur frequently. Policies not adhered to. Make sure you get a answer on email to cover yourself
Daily pay but its not a benefit they charge each time you pull money out. The payday schedule does not coincide with 1st and 15th. Employees live paycheck to paycheck
The management can improve by listening to employee suggestion and stop stealing ideas and using them as their own and listen to employees. Stop looking down on staff without us you would not be in your position looking good to corporate. Mgr talk about staff and it gets back to employees, stop being shady
Do not know CEO. But keep your eyes open for leadership team. When one lie they all believe and stick together. Employees are not deemed valuable. This company makes 1.3 billion a year or more
Try another company the reason most of us worked here was the patients. The pay sucks but we need to pay bills
