**How you make a difference**
As a Health Services Administrator (HSA), you will be responsible for overseeing and evaluating the healthcare delivery program in compliance with state and local regulations, ACA, NCCHC, and accreditation standards. This includes ensuring that medical, dental, and mental health program activities align with company and facility policies and procedures, goals, objectives, and aims. You will also manage and supervise healthcare staff and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to maintain high-quality patient care.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ The Health Services Administrator oversees and manages the delivery of healthcare services in compliance with State and Local Regulations, ACA, NCCHC, and State accreditation standards.
+ They evaluate financial and statistical data, program needs and problems, and recommend improvements to ensure operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
+ The Health Services Administrator recruits, orients, and evaluates employees, maintains good relationships with stakeholders, and ensures compliance with company and facility policies and procedures.
+ They closely monitor healthcare services, pharmacy use, referrals to consultants, in-patient hospitalizations, and potential catastrophic illnesses to limit liabilities and ensure quality of care.
+ They also function as a liaison between other professional organizations, attend seminars, workshops, and conferences, and promote Quality Improvement standards by participating in audits.
**Qualifications & Requirements**
Education
+ Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Nursing
Experience
+ Delivery and administration of correctional medical, dental, and mental health care and substance use disorders, recommended.
+ Three years administrative, management and supervisory experience.
+ Sound decision-making skills are mandatory.
+ Organizational experience in operations and planning required.
+ Experience in Managing budgets and analyzing contracts preferred.
Licenses/Certifications
+ Have and maintain current licensure as a Registered Nurse within the state of California
+ CPR certification.

How you make a difference
The Psychiatrist provides a full spectrum of mental health care to inmates, including evaluation, treatment, and medication management. They coordinate care with onsite medical staff and ensure compliance with documentation and clinical protocols. The role includes overseeing psychiatric nurses, supporting transfers, and assisting with civil commitments when necessary. Psychiatrists also participate in medical review committees and deliver consultations to facility staff. Services must be provided in alignment with correctional regulations and professional standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct psychiatric evaluations, treatment, and medication management for inmate patients
* Maintain medical documentation and consent forms in alignment with protocols
* Oversee and collaborate with mental health staff, including nurses and care teams
* Participate in care coordination, emergency transfers, and review committees
* Ensure compliance with facility regulations and maintain HIPAA standards

How you make a difference
The Nurse Practitioner (NP) under the supervision of the Site Medical Director and other site Physicians, offers a comprehensive range of medical services to incarcerated patients in accordance with established policy and state guidelines. Responsibilities
Conducts on-site chronic care clinics and sick call, as well as infirmary rounds as established by Site Medical Director, Health Services Administrator or designee.
Provides emergency treatment and responds to codes or health emergencies within standard guidelines.
Prescribes and documents patient care in adherence to existing policies and procedures, utilizing available in-house resources before off-site referral, if possible.
Maintains patient confidentiality and privacy in accordance with accepted practices for incarcerated individuals.
Communicates with Medical Director or Health Services Administrator regarding patient care goals, lack of appropriate referrals, or necessary nursing or medical interventions. Additionally, provides input into facility mandatory committees as requested.
Qualifications
Education
A graduate of an accredited school of nursing
An advanced degree in an approved and accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
Experience
Prior medical/surgical and/or emergency/trauma experience and corrections experience is preferred.
Must have the patience and tact to deal with the inmate patient population and ability to work effectively in the corrections environment.
Scheduling flexibility is also required to be able to rotate hours and shifts, if needed, and to be called during emergency situations to provide coverage.
Licenses/Certifications
Must have and maintain current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner within the state of employment.
Must have and maintain current CPR certification.

* Provide supervisory oversight to Behavioral direct care staff
* Monitors treatment progress and effectiveness to update treatment plans to support clients' needs and learning style
Program Objectives:
* Assisting clients with basic self-help needs while promoting highest level of independence
* Assisting clients with socialization skills, as appropriate
* Continuing daily routines that the family is currently performing and provide families/caregivers with a break from the duties of care.
* Ensure safety supervision, assist with meal preparation, feeding, toileting, bathing, dressing, medication reminders, and light housekeeping
Qualifications:
* Provide an active license or certification in good standing (e.g. Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Licensed Behavior Analyst, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Family & Marriage Therapist, or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst)
* Have excellent written and verbal communication skills

How you make a difference
As a Health Services Administrator (HSA), you will be responsible for overseeing and evaluating the healthcare delivery program in compliance with state and local regulations, ACA, NCCHC, and accreditation standards. This includes ensuring that medical, dental, and mental health program activities align with company and facility policies and procedures, goals, objectives, and aims. Key Responsibilities
* The Health Services Administrator oversees and manages the delivery of healthcare services in compliance with State and Local Regulations, ACA, NCCHC, and State accreditation standards.
