We are looking for a Security Agent to join our team. Conducts him or herself in accordance with all Department of Business and Professional Regulation standards and the Company's internal policies and procedures. Patrols gaming areas and grounds to establish security presence and reports all unusual situations and suspicious persons. Monitors through inspection and observations all activities within the facility. Observes, records and reports any unusual incidents and occurrences including medical situations. Prepares Security Incident or Accident Reports as required. Prepares follow-up to reports when necessary. Provides excellent customer service to ensure positive guest experiences. Knowledgeable of all current marketing events happening to promote and assist our patrons; Stands post to ensure alertness in the casino. All other duties assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma preferred. Class ‘D' License preferable. 1+ years of previous security experience preferred. Must be able to obtain the appropriate state occupational license. Must be able to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form. Must be able to stand for long durations of time. Must be able to respond calmly to emergency situations. Must be able to work flexible hours to include nights, weekends and holidays.
