Monitor CCTV and other surveillance systems to ensure perimeter security. Provide a high level of security in accordance with NFL/MLS best practices and Standard Operating Procedures. Provide protective measures against fire, theft, accidents, trespassing, and property damage. Create accurate and detailed reports of any incidents, accidents, or unusual activities that occur during a shift. Provide breaks for other officers on duty as needed. Performing routine checks to identify potential hazards, such as faulty equipment, blocked fire exits, or slippery floors. Secure or unlock designated areas based on operational needs. Arranges contacts by visits or telephone calls between inmates and relatives, court officials, attorneys; escorts inmates to visiting rooms. Distributes medication, personal hygiene items, meals, linens, clothing, mail, and other items to inmates and checks on intoxicated and other inmates in special medical or mental conditions.
