Scenario and product development. Scenarios and learning products will typically focus on training at the battalion and below level.
Emulator support includes providing emulation services that allow for the ability to train and rehearse under realistic conditions that are part of a complex environment that realistically portray a range of individuals and environment, which are typical of a specified region or location.
Our Operational Environment Support also includes establishing and portraying the designated operational environment needed to support the scenario training objectives. This includes, but is not limited to: Scenario Planning, Scenario Development, Scenario Training, Scenario and Prop Fabrication, Training Site Set-up and Recovery, Lessons Learned, and OE Scenario Management.

Required Qualifications:

Job Summary: The Security Officer will be responsible for maintaining overall security of assigned facility by enforcing access control, observing, correcting, and reporting violations of applicable rules and regulations. The Role
Telum is seeking an Expert SIGINT Analyst to deliver advanced signals intelligence support for high-value target (HVT) and network characterization, precision geo-location, and multi-INT targeting efforts. You will operate in a collaborative, mission-focused environment-coordinating SIGINT collection and dissemination with internal and external partners, exploiting DNR/DNI sources, and producing decision-quality SIGINT products that directly support SOF and theater operations.
What You'll Do
Conduct advanced SIGINT analysis to identify/confirm individuals, organizations, locations, facilities, trends, and patterns of interest.
Exploit Dial Network Recognition (DNR), Digital Network Intelligence (DNI), and other SIGINT sources to support targeting and collection tasking.
Coordinate SIGINT procedures with NSA, DoD, and SOF partners to ensure collection, dissemination, and precision geolocation adhere to policy and legal authorities.
Integrate SIGINT with all-source analysis to produce targeting packages, finished intelligence products, and operational assessments.
Prepare and deliver concise briefings to O-5/GS-14 audiences and higher.
Mentor and direct subordinate analysts; quality-control analytic outputs and reporting.
Maintain disciplined tradecraft, classification standards, and rigorous data/collection management.
Required Qualifications
6+ years SIGINT analyst experience within DoD or equivalent U.S. Government agencies, including 4+ years at the operational level.
Proficiency with modern all-source analytic techniques, methodologies, and tradecraft.
Expert proficiency with contemporary SIGINT tool suites, enterprise databases, and analytic workflows.
Demonstrated experience preparing and delivering briefings to Lieutenant Colonel (O-5) / GS-14 or higher.
Proficient with SIGINT databases and established analytic applications supporting product development and operations.
Strong writing, reporting, and briefing skills; ability to produce serialized reporting and targeting packages.
High level of proficiency with NSA and enterprise SIGINT databases covering DNR and DNI technologies.
Hands-on experience with SIGINT systems, collection management, and reporting processes.
Familiarity with SOF, counter-terrorism, and/or counter-proliferation intelligence tradecraft highly desirable.
Current NSAnet access preferred.
Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility and polygraph required at time of application.
Desired Skills
Recent SOF or USSOCOM SIGINT experience.
Experience integrating SIGINT into multi-INT targeting and F3EAD workflows.
Familiarity with precision geolocation techniques and tools.
