Experience, Education, and Licensure Shall have a Bachelors Degree in a technical, science, or business discipline from an accredited college with ten (10) years of DoD or Army regulations, policies, procedures, and guidelines experience. Experience or training for the Inspection and monitoring of SCIF construction during development, planning, execution, and operational phases. Planning, scheduling, coordinating, carrying out, and monitoring the effectiveness of the Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) Personnel. Security program. Managing the SCI nomination process for selected applicants. Providing administrative SCI Security support for cleared personnel, including but not limited to visit certifications, managing Access Control program, processing of foreign contacts, foreign travel, and other appropriate day-to-day security support to SCIF operations.
