KMS Reviewer: Act as a designated reviewer for TX incident records initiated and closed in KMS, ensuring documentation accuracy and compliance with internal standards. Support: Provide guidance and coaching to site-level team leaders to strengthen investigation competency and ensure detailed, thorough reports. Offer day-to-day support to management on all aspects of incident investigations. Support investigation-related training activities and assist in procedure revisions, including the development and application of tools and resources.
