WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Promote Fiesta Texas Guest First and Safety Standards
Using Loss Prevention criteria, observe, witness, stop, and detain offenders in shoplifting, counterfeiting, and ticket scalping incidents at Fiesta Texas
Assist Security in the processing of individuals that attempt to enter the park illegally
Conduct investigations concerning a wide variety of different malfeasance issues pertaining to Fiesta Texas and their Employees
Able to demonstrate effective written and oral communication to offenders, parents, Loss Prevention Management and, Local Law Enforcement
organize paperwork and computer data entry as well as
Interfacing verbally with all Fiesta Texas Employees and Management
Converse with numerous employees and guests on various levels while always maintaining composure in potentially stressful situations
Interface with minors / adults / local law enforcement and parents relative to internal and external theft issues
As needed, coordinate all local law enforcement authorities for the arrest of offenders based on Loss Prevention criteria and provide authorities such photographic evidence and other documentation needed for prosecution of offenders
Testify in court as needed concerning internal and external theft incidents
WHAT YOU NEED:

Comfortable working both alone and in a group setting.
Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time outdoors in various weather conditions to include extreme heat and sun.
The availability to work flexible hours and varied shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.

* Conducting criminal investigations of violations, testifying and making case presentments to the District Attorney and courts;

PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Previous Related Experience Required

Knowledge of EHS and PSM procedures. Preferred experience with leading incident investigations utilizing Cause Mapping or root cause analysis methodology.
Technical Skills Required to Perform This
Excellent written and oral communication skills are required.
Experience reading and interpreting P&IDs, federal law requirements, and procedures.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and KMS, or similar experience.
