B.S. in Architecture.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience mentoring junior staff for at least 1 year.
Open to a variety of project experiences including government, public works, commercial, and mixed-use projects.

Work Environment
The position offers a hybrid work schedule with in-office days on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, and work-from-home days on Monday and Friday. The work schedule consists of four 9-hour days and a half-day on Friday, with flexible hours from 7 AM to 5 PM or 8 AM to 6 PM, including a 1-hour lunch break.

Job Captain Responsibilities:
Develop and organize Revit models in coordination with in-house teams and project consultants
Prepare and coordinate comprehensive construction documents, including detailed project design and technical specifications

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**
+ Act as Pilot-in-Command (PIC) or second-in-command (SIC) of a Gulfstream G600 and G280.
