**The Job You Will Perform:**

+ The Corrugator Service Trucker is responsible to operate lift trucks in a safe and effective manner. As part of your responsibilities, you will learn which line to send product through and possess the knowledge of strapping patterns. You will assure loads are strapped with proper dunnage according to instructions, and any other customer-specific requests. While performing the strapping operation, it is essential to load strapping onto machine, clean heads, know strap patterns, number of straps per unit, monitor loads for any box problems, and notify supervisor of any problems.

+ As a lift truck operators are required to sweep trailers and floor areas, complete a daily safety check list, change propane tanks, check the fluids and air filters on their lift truck, monitor the take off line following strapping processes and load material onto designated trucks (requiring record of load tallies). You will transport product from the take-off line to appropriate areas of the warehouse.

+ It is also essential to load warehoused product from the warehouse to the loading dock, as well as to receive product from incoming trucks, sign for the receipt of it, and transport to different departments. Proper paperwork must always be turned into the shipping office.

+ The Corrugator Service Trucker rotate amongst the strapper position, take-off line lift truck, and floor driver lift truck operation procedures.

Job Summary: The 2nd Shift Manufacturing Corrugator Supervisor is responsible for the safe and efficient operations of
production in the facility. In addition, the Manufacturing Supervisor will communicate performance

expectations to shift workers, monitor production demands, supervise machine productivity and

quality, and manage personnel daily.

Major Job Responsibilities:

Business Excellence

• Execute safety briefs to crews on a shift, daily, weekly, monthly and annually

• Monitor workplace safety environment to identify and address any unsafe conditions

• Ensure compliance with company safety policies, safe work practices, and plant policies

• Monitor and track production daily goals for the Corrugator machines utilizing

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and report results on the plant scorecard

• Report all overruns, shortages, equipment breakdowns and tooling issues on the daily shift

report to exchange information with all departments in the plant

• Supervise daily production activities, including oversight of team members, and monitor

performance levels of each team member

• Monitor and participate in Daily Management Systems (DMS) to track progress against production

goals and enable performance excellence

• Oversee production demands and machine workloads throughout the day

• Sustain productivity levels by properly staffing machines and equipment to meet customer

demands and align any last-minute scheduling changes

• Troubleshoot machines issues and quality defects that may arise throughout the shift

• Ensure proper operations of equipment by requesting maintenance repairs and/or submitting

maintenance work orders

• Develop, analyze and review a variety of operational reports across the functions to improve

quality, efficiency, cycle times, and volumes, and implement operational changes

• Ensure quality standards are within accurate specifications for each order
