The Warehouse Associate is responsible for assisting with various warehouse operations, including loading and unloading trucks, processing furniture, and maintaining the warehouse. This role ensures that furniture is rental-ready for delivery teams, contributing to an optimal customer experience. The Warehouse Associate will be cross-trained in all aspects of warehousing and may fill different roles based on daily business needs.
**Pay:** $19 - $21 / hour depending on experience. This position is also eligible for CORT's Performance Sharing Plan (PSP) bonus plan.
**Schedule:** Standard is Monday-Friday 8:30AM-5PM; some flexibility or overtime may be required.

**Responsibilities**
+ Load and unload trucks for daily routes, ensuring no scratches or damage and correct item placement.
+ Pull and stage furniture for the next day's deliveries, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
+ Clean, touch up, and repair furniture to ensure it is rental-ready.
+ Maintain and clean the warehouse, including breaking down cardboard and dumping trash.
+ Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy, relocating products as needed.
+ Participate in safety meetings, perform daily warm-ups, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
+ Assist drivers on deliveries when needed.
+ Participate in special projects and other tasks as assigned.
**Qualifications**

Qualifications:
A hands-on leader that is a role model with high integrity, positive influence, and strong business acumen that embraces change, possesses a continuous improvement mindset, and has a passion for exceeding customer and company expectations.
Degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology or Business or equivalent 10 years of staff level leadership experience.
Minimum of 7 years' experience in Operations and/or Lean Management.
Printing industry experience is preferred.
Experience in being a change agent in complex transformational activities.
Significant experience in implementation of Lean principals as they apply to manufacturing operations.
Ability to apply structured problem-solving methodologies to determine root cause of problems and provide effective countermeasures.
