Glenn is a highly experienced agriculture industry leader, with global expertise across seeds, crop protection, sales, marketing, integrated operations, and commercial effectiveness. He has served the company and its predecessor organizations for more than 30 years.

Most recently, he was Executive Vice President, Chief Commercial Officer for Corteva Agriscience, with responsibility for the company’s global commercial organization since 2018. He had previously served as Vice President of the Global Seed Business Platform for Corteva, leading the establishment of the company’s seed business strategy.

Glenn initially joined Pioneer Hi-Bred in 1991 and held a variety of marketing roles working in seed markets around the world. In 1997, he joined Dow AgroSciences as Corn Product Manager, Mycogen Seeds, and served in key sales and business leadership roles in the Crop Protection and Seeds businesses of Dow AgroSciences.

Glenn rejoined Pioneer in 2006 as Director of Marketing, North America and subsequently held other leadership positions including Regional Business Director of Latin America and Canada and Vice President of Integrated Operations and Commercial Effectiveness for the DuPont Pioneer business. In 2015, he was appointed President of DuPont Crop Protection.

Glenn holds a Bachelor of Science from Iowa State University, College of Agriculture, and a Master of Business Administration from Santa Clara University Leavey School of Business. He is a member of the Iowa Business Council and the Food Bank of Iowa Board of Directors, and previously served on the Board of Directors of the Brazil-U.S. Business Council.

A strong and effective Human Resources (HR) leader with broad global experience, Grimm has played an integral role in establishing Corteva Agriscience’s HR infrastructure, supporting the development of its global culture and advancing its Inclusion, Diversity & Equity (ID&E) efforts.

Grimm initially joined Dow Chemical, a predecessor company to Corteva Agriscience, in 2004, in its Drusenheim, France location as a Workforce Planning Specialist within the HR function. After four years in that role, she spent seven years working in HR functions with increasing seniority in the company’s regional and global operations, based in Horgen, Switzerland. In 2015, she moved to the headquarters of its agriculture division as a Vice President, Human Resources based in Indianapolis, Indiana, where she played a key role in the HR processes related to the DowDuPont merger and the subsequent spin-off of Corteva Agriscience.

In 2017, Grimm returned to Switzerland to lead HR for the company’s Europe, Africa Middle East region and, in 2021, she assumed additional responsibility for global culture and ID&E.

Grimm began her human resources career in France in 2000 with Smart France, a car manufacturing company that is part of the Daimler Group.

A native of France, Audrey holds a Master of Human Resources Management degree from the EM Strasbourg Business School.

Cons of working at Corteva

No communication between leaders and employees. Workplace is toxic and filled with utter disrespect amongst employees. HR and management do not hold anyone accountable for their actions and continue to create a hostile work environment. This company expects you to work yourself to death just so they can make their sales demands. Horrible company to work for.

Replacing all the leaders with people who actually care about their employees.
