Primary Duties / Responsibilities: Learn and assist with all product development including pilot plant spray dryer operation, dry blending, sample prep, and ingredient inventory management. Learn and assist with sensory services including sensory concepts and application, panel preparation, data entry in Compusense software or other applicable software. Provide software testing on internal systems, reporting bugs to the software development team. Provide first-level technical support to users via phone, email, or in person. Assist with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. Log, track, and update help desk tickets using the IT service management system. Support the setup, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, and mobile devices. Help install and update software applications under supervision. Maintain IT inventory records and assist with equipment audits. Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate team members or senior technicians.
