What you will be doing:
The Warranty & Repair Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining the efficient and timely expo of repaired product shipping from our Cortez, Colorado location. This role will process and ship parts requests, receive both inventory and non-inventory items, re-stock pick lines, and perform general warehouse maintenance. Daily responsibilities will be adjusted depending on the needs of the Warranty & Repair Department.
Spare Parts:
Process part requests from automated system.
Quickly and accurately verify that the correct part is being packaged.
Properly package product to minimize shipping charges and in-transit damage.
Learn to ship both Domestic and Internationally.
Record required information in a clear and consistent manner to allow accurate data entry into software programs.
Receiving/Inventory:
Check in and add newly received products/parts to stock.
Take inventory of shipping supplies and add to stock.
Warehouse Maintenance:
Ensure that pick lines are fully stocked.
Remove empty cartons/packages from pick bins and aisles and take to trash/ recycling bins.
Dust mop the warehouse, remove loose trash and debris.
Run lift equipment with proficiency and ensure that all equipment is charged and/ or fueled sufficiently.
Repair Support:
Back up to W&R Flex Repair pack shipping process.
Process repaired product for return to customer per our turnaround target to ensure a positive customer experience.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: (OPM Operating Manual, Qualification Standards ).
GS: 12: To qualify at the GS-12 level you must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 grade level performing ALL of the following: Investigating, apprehending, detaining, arresting, or prosecuting and/or include detection, issuing citations; transporting prisoners to detention facilities, and prosecuting violators of a variety of law enforcement laws, rules, and regulations that have been enacted to insure the protection and safe use of Bureau facilities and resources.
FIREARMS REQUIREMENT: This position requires that the incumbent meet initial and continuing qualifications in the use of firearms as outlined in the Gun Control Act of 1968, amended by the Lautenberg Amendment of 1996. An applicant whose background includes any of the following will be ineligible for consideration: 1) convicted of a crime punishable by imprisonment exceeding one year; 2) has any outstanding warrants or is a fugitive from justice; 3) unlawful user of or addicted to any controlled substance; 4) adjudicated as a mental defective or has been committed to a mental institution; 5) illegally or unlawfully in the United States; 6) renounced U. S. citizenship; 7) subject to a court-ordered restraining order from harassing, stalking, or threatening an intimate partner or child; or 8) convicted of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Duties involve performing physically rigorous assignments, oftentimes in isolated outdoor environments, frequently while exposed to severe weather conditions. Working conditions may be dangerous and pose the potential risk of loss of life or serious injury to the Incumbent. Dangerous persons, many of whom are known to be combative and carry weapons, must be physically confronted, subdued, and apprehended, sometimes with no backup, far from assistance or help. Prisoners must be kept under physical restraint during transport and processing.
Incumbent must be capable of engaging in maximum physical exertion without warning, pursuing perpetrators on foot, or responding to life threatening emergencies. Incumbent must possess sufficient aerobic capacity and muscular strength to subdue perpetrators or participate in sustained emergency or rescue efforts.
Criminal investigations often must be conducted without regard to fixed work schedules, days off, or opportunities for proper rest or nutrition. Long hours conducting surveillance, investigations, apprehension, transport of prisoners, etc. are required of the incumbent. Carrying heavy objects and traversing long distances over difficult or hazardous terrain in extreme weather conditions are normal requirements for the position.
Incumbent is required to participate in the mandatory Bureau's physical fitness program that equips the incumbent for performance in all physical aspects of the position.
There is a high-stress component to much of the incumbent's work assignment.
WORK ENVIRONMENT: While some work may be performed in an office setting, most of the work is performed outdoors in all kinds of weather and climatic conditions. The work is performed at various hours of the day and night and for prolonged periods during emergency situations. Long periods of surveillance work may be required in cramped or unpleasant locations and under unpleasant conditions during investigations. The incumbent is frequently exposed to high-risk and potentially dangerous situations in law enforcement and emergency types of situations requiring use of a wide range of personal protective gear some of which may be uncomfortable, hot, or inconvenient to wear, adherence to specific safety procedures, and other precautions.

Our services include: natural gas gathering, treating, processing, transportation and storage; NGL transportation, fractionation, storage and import and export terminals; crude oil gathering, transportation, storage and terminals; petrochemical and refined products transportation, storage and terminals; and a marine transportation business that operates primarily on the United States inland and Intracoastal Waterway systems. The partnership's assets include approximately 50,000 miles of pipelines; 260 million barrels of storage capacity for NGLs, crude oil, refined products and petrochemicals; and 14 billion cubic feet of natural gas storage capacity.
The Pipeline Technician maintains and operates Natural Gas Liquids (NGL) oil pipelines, pump stations and all the associated equipment. Depending on the location such equipment may include pumps, motor operated valves, pressure switches, electric motors, gas driven turbine engines, transmitters, vibration switches, electronic controls, and pressure regulators. The Pipeline Technician performs mechanical functions and duties of inspecting, checking, troubleshooting, repairing, and replacing mechanical equipment to maintain high levels of safe and productive equipment performance. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Performing or assisting with routine maintenance of pumps and electric motors, and gas driven turbine engines such as bearing and seal replacements, alignments, couplings, sumps, fans, drain piping modifications, etc.
* Maintenance on other mechanical equipment such as block valves, control valves, air compressors, valve actuators, etc.
* Assist with replacement of pumps, motors, valves, and other equipment as needed.
* Maintain and operate custody transfer measurement facilities and perform product quality control tests.
* Performing or assisting with routine maintenance of pumps and electric motors, valves and electrical trouble shooting of refined products pipeline and terminal.
* Participate and successfully complete training programs, process safety management reviews, and safety meetings required to comply with state and federal regulations.
* Must meet the requirements of the Company's Operator Qualification
* Reviews procedures as necessary to ensure compliance of all company and industry standards to meet all regulatory agency requirements.
* Performs remedial and preventative maintenance and maintains facility appearance and safety through good housekeeping practices inside and outside of the facilities.
* Perform preventative and general maintenance on electronic and pneumatic equipment and parts associated with this equipment.
* Provide training and technical support.
* Utilizes precision tools and test equipment as needed.
* Responds to operational emergencies as a member of an area emergency response team.
* Performs regulatory required inspections.
* Monitors NGL oil receipt and delivery activities to appropriate pipelines or tankage.
* Locate pipelines as needed and oversee excavations and line crossings.
* Launch and receive cleaning pigs and assist with the launch and receiving of smart pigs.
* Install pipeline markers and do routine inspections on ROW.
* Maintain and operate corrosion control equipment.
* Attend and participate in damage prevention meetings.
* Interface with various landowners including private, state, federal, etc.
The selected candidate must live within the Duran / Albuquerque NM or surrounding areas.
* A minimum of a high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is required.
* Vo-Tech certificate or associate degree in electrical/Electronics, Oil & Gas technical field or related work experience is preferred.
* Knowledge of the general design and operation of a liquid or gas pipeline is required.
* A valid driver's license with acceptable driving record is required.
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in the operation, maintenance, and/or construction of a hazardous liquid or gas pipeline facility, or a similar facility/system is preferred.
* Experience and knowledge of industry related maintenance and repair standards is preferred.
* Knowledge of turbine engines, centrifugal pumps, regulators, MOV's, electronic controls and medium electrical voltage with an understanding of NGL or gas pipelines is preferred.
* The ability to perform basic mathematical calculations, such as, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical solutions is required.
* Basic computer skills such as: opening, creating, and updating content in MS Word documents and Excel spreadsheets is required.
