On December 16, 2023, Amanda, the SUPERVISOR, and Jessica were overheard at the front desk making fun of a parent who only spoke Spanish and had requested an interpreter. Instead of Amanda, Jessica was asked to interpret for the parent. Afterward, Jessica said, "Yuck, he is so gross!!" Amanda replied, "I know! That's why I had you interpret because he is creepy!

Stop promoting people who are toxic and put their best friends in positions of manipulation. Promote people who actually know how to do a supervisory job instead of being told they'd get it after 6 months.
