Team related:
Soft touch stuff. Dietary restrictions for teammates, types of foods they just don't like to eat or LOVE to eat, special dates for them, stresses they mentioned (and knowing what they want me to relay to others vs what they're just sharing privately or venting about)
Tour/travel itineraries: Google maps is everything. Be efficient in the tour path (unless there's a reason need to show them deals in a specific order i.e. to tell a story) and account for some extra fluff in the drive times
Other things important for the role:
Don't be afraid to ask questions or for help/clarification when needed
NOTHING is impossible. Sometimes you just have to think more creatively.
Stay positive and remember that it takes all kinds of people to make this world go around. Be willing to meet them where they are at.
