At least three (3) calendar years of verifiable experience as a certified law enforcement officer or its military equivalency (Master-at-Arms, CGPD, Security Forces Specialist, etc.); all three (3) years must have occurred within the last seven (7) years. The experience must have included general arrest authority.
Language Skills: Must have the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. Must possess the ability to understand, explain, interpret, and apply rules, regulations, directives, and procedures.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Must have a valid driver's license from state of residency and a safe driving record for the past five years; Must receive clearance from the Department of Justice. * Manages and participates in general maintenance labor, such as moving furniture, painting, construction, carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, installing equipment, trash disposal, assembly, and roofing.
* Manages and participates in maintaining grounds for appearance and safety, including but not limited to landscaping, snow removal, sanding and salting.
* Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and keeping certifications active.
* Is responsible for managing performance in an ongoing, consistent manner. Conducts yearly evaluations in a thoughtful and timely manner. Addresses conflicts and discipline privately. Uses proper documentation.
* Is responsible for monitoring job satisfaction and individual development of staff. Ensures staff have continued training and education.
