DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Warehouse Unloaders unload trailers delivering product to our distribution warehouses and use powered industrial equipment such as electric pallet jacks, forklifts, dock stockers to remove product from trailers. Pallets may also need to be broken down and cases restacked onto new pallets. Work is performed in a warehouse setting and is physically demanding. Unloaders must be able to unload tractor trailers safely and efficiently while working in a fast-paced environment. Equipment training is provided.
Prior experience receiving or unloading in a warehouse or distribution setting or knowledge of logistics.
REQUIRED SKILLS: - Ability to read, write and speak English- Unloaders must be able to lift cases by hand weighing from 50 to 70 pounds and can expect to handle between 50 and 200+ pallets.
Must be able to work in dry dock, refrigerated or frozen.
Ability to work an 8-to-12-hour shift. Weekends are required.
Forklift experience preferred
- Unloaders are expected to work productively and safely- Steel toe safety shoes are required
QUALIFICATIONS:

1+ years mechanical experience maintaining motorized lifts, forklifts, warehouse, processing, or manufacturing equipment, or equivalent combination of experience and trade school.
1+ years industrial refrigeration experience (Freon, ammonia, and/or CO₂) preferred, but secondary to MHE/facility maintenance.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and CMMS software.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
Ability to work in cold storage (-20°F / -25°C) and dry storage (up to 100°F / 37°C) environments while wearing required PPE.

Shift: Monday-Friday 7:00AM -3:30 PM Pay Rate $19.00/hr Shift C: 6:00 PM - 4:30 AM Sun-Wed Pay rate $19.00/hr + $1 Shift Differential Maintain appropriate sanitation levels in and around company facilities while following all regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Sweep, mop, scrub and vacuum hallways, stairs, breakrooms and office spaces
* Wash and sweep inside facility and pick up discarded trash
* Perform general maintenance of entire facility including warehouse and freezer
* Remove ice and pick up pieces of pallets
* Keep grounds clean and free of debris
* May need to make sure cleaning materials and equipment are in good working condition, locked up correctly after use, and stock levels are maintained by taking routine stock checks.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Work with other machinery and material handling equipment
