We are looking for an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will help improve the productivity of CoStar Group employees by being the single point of contact for information and problem resolution. This is accomplished by diagnosing and resolving problems with hardware, third-party and proprietary software, LANs, and servers in a timely and professional manner via telephone, email, remote tools and hands-on support. Great customer service should be your motto by being a self-starter, problem solver, and excellent communicator. You can juggle multiple projects each urgent and competing for your time.
This position is located in Richmond, VA and offers a schedule of 5 days in office with every other Friday remote.
Responsibilities
* Provide guidance, assistance, coordination and follow up on client questions, problems, or malfunctions of all systems applications, hardware and software, installed and maintained by the company.
* Participate in telephone support rotation providing support to users in offices across the US via remote assistance tools.
* Document problems and solutions in the Service Desk ticketing system
* Inform management of potential problems and identifies problem trends
* Create and maintain computer images
* Install hardware and peripheral components such as monitors, keyboards, printers, and hard drives.
* Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade computer hardware and software.
* Provide videoconference administration and support.
* Any other duties and special projects as assigned
Basic Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree required from an accredited, not for profit, university or college.
* A track record of commitment to prior employers
* 2+ years of experience in corporate IT or Service Desk role
* Experience implementing TCP/IP at the workstation level
* Experience supporting Windows 11 workstations, Macs, Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365, Azure, remote tools and Windows File Permissions.
* Ability to lift/move equipment up to 50 lbs

Role Description:
An Associate Research Consultant is responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial real estate contacts and ensuring that all properties, listings and transactions in CoStar's database are current, accurate, and complete. RESPONSIBILITIES

ROLE DESCRIPTION
An Associate Research Consultant is responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial real estate contacts and ensuring that all properties, listings, and transactions in CoStar's database are current, accurate, and complete. Role Description:
As an Associate Tenant Researcher, you will be investigating and profiling tenants that occupy commercial spaces in the market. This information helps owners, brokers and real estate professionals identify and make decisions on which companies are best suited for their properties.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Investigate and profile commercial tenants occupying commercial spaces in a geographical market
Conduct 2+ hours of phone interviews each day with the tenants, owners and real estate professionals occupying or managing commercial spaces
