What We Are Looking For:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Director, Product Marketing to help lead Matterport's North America's product marketing organization. Based in Arlington, Virginia, this role will oversee a team of Product Marketing Managers located in various markets in the United States, responsible for brand awareness, driving go-to-market execution, customer engagement, and adoption across the regions.
Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, this role will define the product marketing strategy for North America, ensuring regional alignment with CoStar Group's business objectives. The Senior Director will serve as the key regional leader for Matterport's marketing operations, ensuring cohesive strategy, localized messaging, and measurable business impact across diverse North American markets.
This position is located in Arlington, VA and in office Monday through Friday.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Leadership & Vision
Lead and manage a team of Product Marketing Managers across the United States, ensuring alignment of messaging, priorities, and execution.
Define and execute the regional product marketing strategy for Matterport in North American markets, in coordination with CoStar Group's marketing leadership.
Translate Matterport's technology-digital twins, AI, and spatial data-into relevant positioning and narratives.
Ensure consistency of brand and product messaging across North American markets while adapting campaigns for local market nuances and customer needs.
Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution
Drive go-to-market planning and execution for all Matterport product launches and campaigns within North America.
Collaborate cross-functionally with regional Sales, Product, Research, and Technology teams to deliver integrated go-to-market programs that drive adoption and revenue.
Develop value propositions, customer journeys, and competitive positioning specific to North American markets and industries.
Support sales enablement through creation of region-specific toolkits, playbooks, and messaging frameworks.
Market Insights & Performance Optimization
Lead ongoing market intelligence and competitive research across North America to identify trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
Establish performance frameworks and metrics to measure marketing effectiveness, campaign success, and ROI across regional activities.
Translate insights into actionable recommendations that shape regional marketing strategies.
Team Development & Organizational Leadership
Recruit, manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of regional Product Marketing Managers.
Foster collaboration and knowledge-sharing across markets to ensure best practices are scaled effectively.
Partner closely with CoStar Group's leadership teams to maintain strategic alignment across business units and countries.
Thought Leadership & Industry Presence
Represent Matterport as a marketing leader at North American industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
Build partnerships with trade associations and industry organizations to strengthen Matterport's visibility and leadership in the regions.
Support CoStar Group's European brand initiatives by contributing to thought leadership and cross-portfolio marketing programs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required from an accredited, not-for-profit, in person, University or College.
10+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, including at least 5 years in product marketing leadership roles.
Proven success in building and scaling product marketing teams, preferably within technology, SaaS, or proptech industries.
Deep understanding of go-to-market planning, product positioning, and lifecycle marketing.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects and influence cross-functional alignment.
Strong analytical mindset with a track record of turning data into strategic action.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage executive audiences.
A track record of commitment to prior employers.

Define the long-term growth strategy that evolves Reputation Defender from a niche, ultra-premium offering into a scalable portfolio with mass market reach.
Identify and size new market opportunities, customer segments, and category entry points that inform future business expansion.
Develop the strategic frameworks that guide how the business broadens appeal, increases penetration, and achieves sustainable growth.

Market, Customer, and Competitive Insights
Build a deep understanding of Reputation Defender customers, needs, personas, and behaviors together with the Marketing and Market Research teams.
Conduct market research and translate findings into actionable insights for Product, Marketing and Sales.
Maintain a competitive intelligence program across online reputation management and privacy categories.
Positioning and Messaging
Own the development of positioning, value propositions, and messaging frameworks for all Reputation Defender offerings.
Ensure clear and compelling design and messaging across the website, marketing campaigns, sales materials, and in-product experiences.
Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure narrative consistency across channels.
Go To Market Strategy and Launch Execution
Lead go to market planning for new product launches, enhancements and major updates.
Define launch goals, plans, readiness needs, and success metrics.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, Marketing and Legal.
Measure launch results and refine processes for ongoing improvement.
Lifecycle, Adoption, and Customer Growth
Partner with Product and Design stakeholders to drive activation, engagement, retention, and upsell performance.
Identify opportunities to improve the end-to-end customer journey and increase user value.
Work with Product to influence enhancements that improve adoption and overall customer experience.
Leadership and Collaboration
Serve as the seniorproduct marketing leader for Reputation Defender within the Trust Based Solutions segment.
Influence and partner with Product, Trust Based Solutions leadership, and other senior stakeholders across Gen.
Promote a culture of customer insight, data-driven thinking, and go to market excellence.
Qualifications
Ten or more years of combined experience across Product Marketing, Corporate Strategy, Management Consulting or related domains with at least four years' experience in Product Marketing.
Strong communication and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into simple and compelling messages.
Proven track record leading effective go to market programs and product launches.
Experience in cybersecurity, digital privacy, online reputation management, or other subscription services is preferred.
Ability to balance strategic and execution focused responsibilities.
Strong collaboration skills across Product, Sales and Marketing.

Role Summary:
The ProductManager for Managed Services owns the development, standardization, and performance of GTT's LAN/ WLAN services. This individual should understand adjacent technologies such as SD-WAN, SASE, and IoT to ensure seamless integration across the broader network portfolio. Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Strategy & Vision
Define and maintain the roadmap for Managed LAN/WLAN services.
Ensure alignment with GTT's Envision Strategy, enabling automation, visibility, and a unified digital experience.

Monitor market trends and enterprise needs to guide investment priorities across LAN and WLAN services.
Product & Services Leadership
Build and maintain standardized service offerings across LAN/WLAN, including switching, wireless, controllers, cloud-managed wireless, and associated operational services.
Support non-standard deployments such as WITO, customer-provided equipment, and brownfield transitions.
Define service constructs delivered by GTT directly or in partnership with third-party managed service providers.
Lead the full product lifecycle: from business case, product development through launch, pricing, adoption, and ongoing lifecycle management.
Oversee pricing, packaging, and go-to-market alignment to maximize portfolio growth.
