Job Summary
Reporting to the Chief of Police or designee, taking lead work direction from other sworn administrators or a supervisor, and under general supervision of the Patrol Sergeant and/or shift supervisor, the temporary, hourly, intermittent Police Officer is primarily assigned to work special events or special assignments, but may also assist with patrol duties. The temporary, hourly, intermittent police officer enforces Federal, State, and local laws and ordinances; conducts criminal investigations and writes complex criminal and civil reports; maintains a high degree of independence, initiative, and interaction with all factions of the University community and general public; testifies in court; incorporates 21st Century and Community Oriented Policing and Problem Solving methodologies; must integrate professional knowledge and law enforcement service with the culture of the diverse educational environment to accomplish department and university objectives and goals; and performs related work as required.
Key Qualifications
This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent. A BS/BA degree and law enforcement experience in a college or university setting preferred. Must meet the POST minimum requirements for eligibility to be a police officer, which includes being at least 21 years old and be legally authorized to work in the United States under federal law. Must have successfully completed an approved California Basic POST Academy, including obtaining a Basic Course Certificate, or re-certification course within the three years preceding hire date. In addition, this position requires successful completion of an oral interview, written examination, physical agility test, pass all background requirements mandated by POST, psychological examination, potential polygraph or similar examination, and medical exams which include drug screening, and must possess and maintain a valid California Driver License. The incumbent must participate in, and successfully complete a Field training program and successfully pass a one-year probationary period. The incumbent must meet and maintain compliance with state and federal law (e.g., Clery Act, CANRA, etc.), and California POST regulations and certifications for peace officers. The incumbent must participate in the California DMV Employer Pull Notice (EPN) Program. Intermediate proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) required. Knowledge of Google Suite, technology often used by law enforcement, and PeopleSoft preferred.
Salary and Benefits
Starting salary placement depends on qualifications and experience and is anticipated to be in the range of $37 to $46 an hour. This is a part time, temporary, non-exempt position. Reappointment to this position is dependent upon the individual's performance as well as administrative and budgetary considerations. The university reserves the right to terminate this appointment earlier than the scheduled expiration date.

Reporting to and under general direction of the Director, Upward Bound Lake and Mendocino County Programs (Director), the Outreach Coordinator, Academic Talent Search performs a wide variety of complex Student Services Professional work by providing comprehensive academic advising services to students and is responsible for case management and assisting in the coordination of outreach services (e.g., student recruitment, college placement, school outreach) for ATS Sonoma, Mendocino and Cloverdale participants. Key Qualifications

* Partner with Summer Learning to ensure deep cleaning is completed after summer programs conclude; including the development of schedules for team cleaning crews.
* Visit, inspect, assess and ensure schools are maintained in a safe and secure manner; develop and implement an electronic security improvement action plan to also include weekends as needed, including property protection watches for sites that do not have functioning alarm systems.
* Inspect, evaluate and complete monthly quality assurance inspection reports, quarterly facility inspection tool reports, Williams and Level 1 compliance reports; review weekly mandated electronic restroom and wheelchair lifts reports, etc.
* Recommend selection and purchase of custodial equipment and supplies; assist with budget preparation and control including but not limited to inventory assessments; monitor and manage expenses within the assigned custodial budget for various school sites.
* Arrange for substitute personnel as required which includes interviewing, recruiting and assigning substitute custodians to clean in the absence of permanent staff; research, train and monitor substitute orientations; conduct safety awareness, professional development and establish best practices aligned with CAL OSHA standards and trainings.

Job Summary
Reporting to and under general supervision of the Landscaping Manager with additional lead work direction provided from other members of the Facilities Management team, the Tree Trimmer II performs a variety of arboreal duties in support of the Landscaping Department. The incumbent maintains and trims trees of various heights to promote their health and appearance.
Key Qualifications
This position requires two years of general experience in the care and maintenance of landscaped areas or general grounds, with one year in tree trimming and tree maintenance work which has provided a working knowledge of aerial equipment and safety practices and the necessary skills for climbing and high-altitude tree trimming. Possession of California Department of Pesticide Regulation's Qualified Applicator's License/Certification (QAL/QAC) preferred. Bilingual abilities (Spanish) is preferred. Beginning proficiency with computers is required. Knowledge of Google Suite, Microsoft Office, computerized work control system, Smartsheet and PeopleSoft preferred. Salary and Benefits
This is a full time, non-exempt position, which will lead toward permanent status following the successful completion of a probationary period. The CSU Classification Step Range for this position is $3,890 - $5,555 per month (step 1 - step 19). Step placement will be determined based on relevant qualifications and professional experience. Step placement upon appointment is not expected to exceed Step 4, $4,128 a month.

Job Summary
Reporting to and under general supervision of the Associate Dean of Academic Programs, the Coordinator, First- and Second-Year Transition (FAST) Programs performs highly complex professional student services work in support of assisting students in making successful progress toward their degree objectives and supplementing learning experiences within the classroom. Key Qualifications

Possession of these knowledge and abilities is typically demonstrated through the equivalent to four years of progressively responsible professional student services work experience which includes experience in advising students individually and in groups, and in analysis and resolution of complex student services problems. Job Summary
