QUALIFICATIONS Graduate of a two (2) year PTA college program that leads to an associate degree and has been approved by the American Therapy Association; licensed as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the state of Minnesota. Have at least two (2) years experience in a health care setting or equivalent experience. Home care experience preferred. Possess good interpersonal communication and teaching skills. Good organizational skills and the ability to work independently. Good written and oral communication skills. Proof of negative mantoux or documentation of negative chest x-ray. Current CPR certification recommended. Have U.S. Citizenship or evidence of valid Alien Work Permit.
