This is a full-time, exempt position reporting to the Tracking Manager. The salary range is $90,000 - $115,000.
What You Will Do
Supervising the tracking and monitoring of all claims from submission to resolution for a portfolio of SNF facilities.
Ensure that claims to Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurers are accurately submitted, tracked, and followed up on in a timely manner.
Oversee the monitoring of accounts receivable (AR) and ensure proper tracking of unpaid claims, payment statuses, and outstanding balances.
Implement systems and processes to track the life cycle of claims and minimize billing errors and payment delays.
Work to proactively resolve issues before they escalate, providing clients with clear communication on their billing status.
Track and analyze denied claims, working with billing, clinical, and administrative teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
Manage the timely resubmission of corrected claims and appeals to third-party payers, ensuring resolution of denial issues.
Work closely with clients to address any documentation or coding errors that contribute to claim denials.
Develop and refine workflows for tracking denials and appeals to ensure consistent follow-up and maximum reimbursement.
Ensure compliance with third-party billing and regulatory requirements, including Medicare and Medicaid guidelines, HIPAA regulations, and other payer-specific policies.
Track regulatory deadlines and ensure SNF clients are aware of any changes in reimbursement models, billing practices, or compliance requirements.
Lead a team of tracking specialists and coordinators who focus on third-party billing performance for multiple SNF clients.
Provide training and development opportunities to team members to enhance their knowledge of third-party billing, claims management, and regulatory compliance.
Set performance goals for the team, monitor key metrics such as days in AR, claim resolution times, and denial rates.
Foster a collaborative and results-driven team environment, ensuring high levels of performance and accountability.
Communicate regularly with clients to ensure they are aware of their third-party billing performance and to address any concerns or issues.
Provide reporting to clients that highlights key metrics such as claim approval rates, outstanding balances, and overall third-party payer performance.
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that track third-party claims performance across the portfolio of SNF clients.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as days in AR, collection rates, and denial trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
Provide regular updates and recommendations to senior leadership on third-party billing performance, reimbursement trends, and areas for process improvement.
Work with the finance and revenue cycle teams to ensure alignment of third-party billing efforts with overall financial objectives.
Other tasks and projects as needed and assigned.
What it Takes to Join the Family
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in third-party billing, revenue cycle management, or a similar role in healthcare, with a focus on skilled nursing facilities or long-term care settings.
Proven experience in managing teams and overseeing third-party payer operations, particularly Medicare and Medicaid.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends and develop solutions to improve billing performance.
Proficiency with billing software systems and electronic health records (EHR).
Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.

What you'll do
As Tenova's senior electrical presence onsite, you will:
Serve as the primary onsite contact for all electrical installation and commissioning activities.
Lead installation of Tenova-supplied electrical systems (cable trays/cables, terminations, MCCs, cabinets, remote I/O, industrial networks).
Interpret electrical drawings, verify field execution, and maintain redlines / as-built documentation.
Establish work sequences and priorities to complete the electrical scope safely and on schedule.
Coordinate, direct, and monitor electrical subcontractors and site manpower (including turn-key subcontractors where applicable).
Own onsite electrical Quality Control and safety, ensuring compliance with Tenova procedures, ISO standards, and OSHA requirements.
Lead commissioning and energization strategy, including readiness reviews, loop checks, I/O validation, MCC/VFD start-ups, and network verification.
Manage NCRs/AWAs in alignment with the Project Manager and Director of Project Services.
Interface with client construction/commissioning counterparts and provide clear reporting on progress, risks, and corrective actions.
Drive punch-list completion, closeout, and turnover dossiers for the electrical scope.
Coordinate with Project Management and Home-Office Engineering to resolve field issues and minimize delays or cost impacts.
Mentor and coach Field Electrical Engineers and technicians.
Travel & mobility (important)

What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
~5-14+ years of field electrical construction/commissioning experience with demonstrated site leadership progression.
Strong understanding of onsite electrical construction and commissioning in heavy-industrial environments.
Proven ability to lead subcontractors and manage sequencing, productivity, and schedule.
Ability to evaluate site instructions/claims and support resolution with customers/subcontractors.
Excellent client-facing communication and reporting skills.
Ability to read drawings, visualize full assemblies, and troubleshoot field deviations.
Proficiency in MS Office for site reporting.
Nice to have: AutoCAD redlines/as-builts, industrial networks (Profibus/Profinet/Ethernet or equivalent), prior role as electrical field/commissioning lead, and steel mill/metals experience.
Salary: $110,000 - $125,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
Comp Time: Eligible Field Service Engineers/Supervisors earn 1 hour of paid compensatory time for each hour worked over 40 in a week, subject to supervisor approval, to use during downtime between projects.

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting Production and Operational needs while focusing on problem solving, troubleshooting and maintaining material handling equipment such as conveyors, sortation systems, stamping presses, ancillary equipment, feedline machines, scales and all support equipment. You will directly oversee the day-to-day activities of the Maintenance Technicians by scheduling work, coaching and mentoring team members and identifying training opportunities to improve the skill set of those within the department across multiple shifts. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING (% of Time)
Leadership and Team Oversight (50%)
Oversee the day-to-day activities of the maintenance team. Ensuring the production equipment, machinery, and facilities are properly maintained, safe, and operating efficiently.
Tasks include scheduling, coordinating and assigning work orders (WOs) and preventative maintenance (PMs) to technicians through a CMMS.
Scheduling equipment repairs and production downtime in collaboration with production planning and productions teams.
Review documentation of completed tasks and maintenance history for accuracy.
Manage ordering spare parts and inventory levels with collaboration from our Maintenance and Repair Operations team (MRO).
Help to ensure tools and equipment are available and in good shape.
Communicate and report on maintenance metrics, KPIs, and equipment downtime issues to upper management.
Liaise with other departments; production, engineering, shipping, etc. as needed.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized services.
Equipment Maintenance and Reliability (30%)
Repair, install, troubleshoot, start-up, and provide technical maintenance on all existing and new plant/facility equipment.
Integrate existing and new equipment, as needed.
Identify, maintain, and troubleshoot machines and equipment.
Communicate technical issues to maintenance, facilities and operations management.
Training and Continuous Improvement (20%)
Provide training, mentorship, and performance evaluations on technicians.
Find training opportunities on any additional skills to improve the department.
Identify opportunities to improve machine reliability and reduce maintenance costs.
Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and lean manufacturing initiatives.
Support capital projects and equipment installations.

POSITION TYPE:
This is a full-time hourly position.
SCHEDULE:
Monday through Friday - 8 am to 4:30 pm (flexibility required)
Some overtime and flexibility with business needs due to closures
SALARY:
$30/hr
