Responsibilities
• Handle customer inquiries and sales transactions with the highest level of customer service
• Assist in navigating customers to the best automotive solutions and building customer loyalty
• Research relevant information (e.g. vehicle features, financing options, warranties, etc.) to inform customers about product options
• Develop relationships with customers and close sales with each visit
• Learn and maintain a thorough understanding of new and existing inventory features
• Follow up with customers after purchase to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain detailed customer records
Requirements
• Automotive sales experience in a luxury dealership preferred or relevant sales/customer service
