RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee key performance indicators for selectors in the region and implement individual and/or group training to address deficiencies in performance.
Perform selector site audits and conduct in-field follow-ups for sites suspected of selecting/loadout issues and communicate results to the necessary parties.
Participate in monthly/quarterly marketing strategy discussions with leadership.
Assesses hog body composition in finishing sites to project sales according to marketing requirements.
Identify and mark hogs to be moved or sold to the appropriate destination.
Deliver load movement paperwork to necessary farm sites in a timely fashion.
Communicate regularly with leadership and production about group performance and provide data through written reports and email correspondence.
Count inventory and number of hogs scheduled for sale as applicable.
Assist other team members to effectively meet department and company goals.
