POSITION DESCRIPTION: Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Transportation Driver provides safe and reliable transportation services that directly support our mission to help immigrants and refugees move from uncertainty to stability. This position ensures clients can access essential services by providing timely transportation to medical appointments, CIRA offices, work locations, the airport, and other important destinations throughout Nebraska and Southwest Iowa. The driver plays a vital role in our clients' daily lives, often serving as a welcoming first point of contact with CIRA services. In addition to transportation, this position assists with vehicle maintenance, occasional donation pickup and delivery, and other operational support as needed. The Behavioral Health Therapist 1 is a part of the primary care treatment team and is closely supervised by an assigned clinical supervisor to ensure proper guidance regarding both clinical knowledge and clinical record documentation.
