About the Role
The Medical Director provides clinical leadership and supervision to CFR's team of psychiatrists and psychiatric nurse practitioners, ensuring the highest quality of psychiatric care. This hybrid role blends direct clinical practice with strategic leadership, ideal for a psychiatrist who wants to continue seeing patients while contributing to organizational decision-making, mentoring peers, and influencing standards of care.
Compensation and Flexibility
This position includes two complementary components:
Medical Director Stipend: Guaranteed $75/hour for approximately eight hours per week (~ $19,500 annually).
Clinical Practice Earnings: 75% of all collected fees - one of the most competitive and flexible compensation models in the region.
Current psychiatrists typically see 5-6 clients per week, earning $50,000-60,000 annually in addition to the Medical Director stipend. CFR offers complete scheduling autonomy, integrated administrative support, and a collaborative leadership environment that values both professional independence and community impact.
What Success Looks Like
In your first year, you will:
Lead and mentor a small, dedicated team of prescribers.
Collaborate closely with CFR's Chief Clinical Officer and Clinical Leadership Team on care standards and service integration.
Support recruitment and onboarding of new psychiatric staff, ensuring a culture of excellence and accountability.
Represent psychiatry at the organizational leadership table, contributing to policy, quality, and strategy.

The Adult Psychiatric Unit is a 29-bed locked unit. The unit provides comprehensive mental health care to individuals between the ages of 18-59. Individuals over the age of 59 are evaluated for admission on an individual basis. Patients admitted to the unit have a primary DSM 5 diagnosis/es. However, patients may also have additional diagnoses, including, but not limited to Intellectual Disabilities, Autism, medical comorbidities, etc. Patients must be medically stable as a criteria for admission. Safety practices include 15-minute safety checks, staff monitoring of all community areas and staff presence during meals and visiting hours. Nursing care, daily psychiatric assessments, therapy and medication management are provided to meet the emotional, behavioral, physical, cultural, educational and spiritual needs of the adult patient population. The Revenue Integrity Program Manager serves as a leader and subject matter expert for revenue integrity operations by optimizing revenue, supporting clinical and other colleagues in optimizing accurate charge capture, interpreting government regulations and payer requirements, and maintaining the chargemaster. The Revenue Integrity Program Manager oversees projects, implements best practices, educates users on processes and vendor products, and recommends actionable improvements. Revenue Integrity Program Managers also serve as a liaison to the Central Business Offices and facilities to support continuous process improvement and compliant revenue maximization.
Key Responsibilities include:
Monitors, reads, interprets, and disseminates regulatory and payer requirements to identified parties timely through the creation of communications, trainings, and policies
Performs and/or coordinates revenue integrity audits to verify adherence to policy, regulatory guidance and industry standards, analyzes audit findings to create action plans, and coordinates efforts for remediation as needed
Supports the implementation and maintenance of revenue cycle management software and tools based on end user requests and regulatory guidance
Communicates CDM maintenance activities to clinical departments and information systems staff to implement necessary changes that affect charge identification, capture, reconciliation, and claim processing
Responds to internal and external audit requests in a timely manner
Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to junior team members
Generates reports related to revenue cycle metrics, such as CDM accuracy, charge capture, claim denials, write-offs, and payment delays, and assist in analyzing trends
Performs all other duties as assigned/required
Experience & Knowledge:
A Revenue Cycle Program Manager should have a minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience and a college degree in business, finance, healthcare administration, health information management, or similar. A Program Manager should have demonstrated experience working in a patient accounting system, coordinating diverse stakeholders, improving Revenue Cycle operations, and utilizing pattern analytics and industry best practices to enhance systems and operations.
A highly qualified candidate should have experience with healthcare compliance, health information, inpatient medical billing and coding, and healthcare regulatory operations. Medical coding certification (e.g., CPC, CCS) is strongly preferred.
Significant Revenue Cycle experience (i.e., 5+ years in addition to the minimum) might be accepted in lieu of certain college education requirements.
A qualified candidate should have strong professional written and verbal communication skills, proficiencies in Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Word, Excel, etc.), and the ability to meet deadlines and multitask.

The OR Internship is a full-time paid 24-week course designed to train the Graduate Nurse/Registered Nurse in the perioperative role in the Operating Room through didactic and preceptored clinical experiences in various surgical specialties and campuses.
Responsibilities of the scrub and circulating nurse, basic principles of asepsis, ethical-legal aspects and the preparation, care and application of surgical supplies and equipment will be presented. Interns will have an opportunity to apply knowledge and skills learned in the clinical setting and have the experience and support to successfully complete the Association of peri Operative Registered Nurses(AORN) Perioperative 101: A Core Curriculum. Once orientation is complete, departmental needs determine intern placement in full-time position at a LVHN surgical campus.
Job Duties
Assists operating physician with surgical tasks such as homeostasis, suturing and wound exposure as well as patient positioning.
Contributes to the overall care of the patient before, during and after surgery by using technical and mechanical functions.
Performs circulating functions such as monitoring, recording, and communicating patient condition and managing overall nursing care of the patient before, during, and after the procedure.
Performs scrub functions such as the selection and handling of instruments and supplies used during procedure.
Recognizes the need for and initiates collaboration/communication with physicians, interdisciplinary team members, and takes actions to proactively resolve patient needs.
Inspects sterile items for integrity before opening or delivery to the sterile field and verifies the presence and appropriate color change of chemical indicators in all loads.
Collects data pertinent to the healthcare consumer's health or the situation and analyzes the assessment data to determine actual or potential diagnoses, problems, and issues.
Controls environment including temperature, provision of warm blankets, use of warm irrigation fluids, monitoring of the sensory environment, control traffic flow, and adheres to safety and sanitation policies.
