Management is not communicating to each other and employee has to deal with the power play between them & due to that we have to work double since they send us in different directions.
No organization inside management at all.
No leadership & CEO is arrogant & never at his work site. You leave him emails, voicemail or text & he never approached the inquiry.
The CEO & his administration needs to be changed. Is has been years of overturned employees & unfortunately missing fundamental programs that Concilio was built 62 years ago.
Complete prepare & to overqualified for the position. Not a great interview at that time.
No competitive & compare to non profit industries not great at all.
Diverse demographic has been declining due to poor management and a lot of language barriers now due to lack of Hispanic personnel.
