The Recovery Advocate will be primarily responsible for the daily living routine and general management of the program so that each participant can grow and develop as an individual to their fullest capacity. They will ensure that each participant will receive an assessment focused on education, life skills, and/or job training needs, as well as provide case management, assisting each participant in moving toward self-responsibility and sobriety. The Advocate will be responsible for making sure that the participant has their basic needs met and will advocate to get them more resources, supports, and community involvement. The Advocate will support each and every participant from their first day to months after they leave the program. General.
