Join us in the "City of Arts and Innovation", Winston Salem, North Carolina on the campus of The University of North Carolina School of the Arts (UNCSA)! UNCSA is the nation's first public arts conservatory! Our Residential Summer programs feature intensives in dance, drama, filmmaking, music, and visual arts and lasts approximately five (5) weeks for students in middle and high school.
Resident Counselors and Activity Coordinator Positions
These two positions are temporary part-time staff members, who are required to live in the residence hall (Artist Village). Resident Counselors are responsible for the general supervision and management of a residential area housing approximately one floor of high school students.
The Activities Coordinators assist with the planning and implementation of fun and engaging programs for our campers. Activity Coordinators are also responsible for the general supervision and management of a residential area housing approximately one floor of high school students.
COMPENSATION:

The virtual portion of training will begin on June 15, 2026. Resident Counselors will begin moving to live on campus on June 14th and will move out on July 18th. Work ranges from 30 to 35 hours per week.

* Must be at least 3 years post High School graduation
* Must be able to live residentially on the UNCSA campus (Winston Salem, NC) for the duration of this job.
* Must have at least one year of experience working in a similar environment with students
