Supporting Spectrum staff by modeling, reinforcing, and enhancing instructional best practices to promote student growth aligned with Individualized Education Plan (IEP) goals. Implementing evidence-based interventions by applying scientifically proven behavioral and educational strategies, promoting positive outcomes in academic, social, emotional, and independent functioning. Providing crisis management intervention and support for students exhibiting aggressive or self-injurious behavior and developing strategies to reduce the need for 1:1 staffing. Collaborating closely with on-site education teams to collect and analyze data on student behavior, monitor student progress, and ensure appropriate intervention responsiveness and consistent progress toward goals. Conducting regular quality checks for each campus within assigned region at the student, staff, classroom, and site levels; making recommendations for improvement based on analysis of data. The QBMP is involved in the development of the RBTs and Lead RBTs as well as providing feedback for clinical performance evaluations. Job Description: Oversee the implementation of the IBSP and collaborate with the Administrator. Responsible for working directly with the RBTs and Lead RBTs and providing supervision as per BACB guidelines. Will model the approach that emphasizes positive behavior supports, person-centered practices and trauma-informed care in their practice. Utilize best practices when conducting FBA and developing IBSPs. Use objectives to plan, implement and evaluate the effectiveness of the interventions. Meets regularly for supervision with the RBTs and Lead RBTs and provide weekly/monthly updates on the IBSP. Stepping Stone of San Diego has been specializing in LGBTQIA+ addiction recovery, mental health and housing programs for 50 years. Our Residential Program houses 31 residents and provides our clients with SUD counseling, peer support, therapy and other wrap-around services that support them in achieving sobriety. As a PRN Residential SUD Counselor, you will provide support to our full-time counseling team and assist with group counseling, documentation, resident interactions, data entry, and other day-to-day program needs. This is a non-caseload position, designed to help maintain continuity of services during staff absences, high census periods, and agency needs. Camp Counselor Qualities * Ability to help children grow in character, experiences and insights * Ability to guard the health and well-being of campers at all times * Capable of sustaining energy for participation in a full day's worth of activities * Prior experience working with children * Enthusiastic, Responsible, Dependable, Consistent, Level-Headed, Flexible, and Calm in all situations * CPR/First Aid Certified OR willing to become certified before the summer begins Camp Counselor Responsibilities * Work with group of campers and provide a fun, safe and exciting camp experience * Cooperate with fellow Counselors and Camp Director * Greet families and campers upon arrival * Support Camp Director in establishing rules and emergency procedures with campers * Participate in all camp activities * Supervise daily swim time in a hands-on manner from within the water (lifeguard certification not required) * Help out where needed and lead activities when asked to by the Camp Director * Complete other duties, as assigned Benefits of Interning with KE Camps * Build Critical Skills - You will gain skills sought after by employers. 21st Century Skills such as creativity, problem solving, flexibility, collaboration, organization, planning and communication are just a few of the strengths you'll build throughout the summer. * Networking Opportunities - You will build professional contacts with other staff and camp alumni.
