You will participate in developing and monitoring each resident's individual treatment plan and coordinate services with social workers, probation officers, medical/mental health providers, and other institutions. To be considered you must: To qualify for this role, candidates must demonstrate empathy, patience, and respect, along with a genuine desire to work with troubled teens. They must successfully pass a criminal background check, drug screening, physical exam, and TB test. Additionally, candidates are required to hold a current State Driver's License with an acceptable driving record for the past three years. Educational qualifications and experience are also critical, with the following combinations acceptable: An Associate's degree with six years of related experience, a Bachelor's degree with four years of related experience, or a Master's degree with two years of related experience. Relevant experience includes working with youth in a mental health setting as a specialist in the fields of physical restoration, social adjustment, or vocational adjustment.
