Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Responsibilities: Oversee client's treatment goals using ABA strategies, with at least 90% fidelity per performance checks. Work collaboratively with behavioral team to provide implementation of behavioral goals and home routines. Accurately collect data, graph data, and document session notes. Utilize CPI or QBS Safety Care de-escalation strategies and physical management as necessary for safety. Provide clinical supervision a minimum of 5% of hours worked for an RBT to maintain their RBT certifications. Assist the family to develop and maintain appropriate structure within the home, develop parenting skills and child management techniques, facilitate effective communication and problem solving between family members or between family members and the school/employer. * Advise school personnel/employers and others on the use of appropriate techniques, methods and strategies to be employed in order to facilitate achievement of behavior intervention/management plan goals. * Participate in the integration of services to the individual in a variety of settings to the extent appropriate for the individual. * Prepare and maintain assigned individual's case records, correspondence and other reports in accordance with established rules, policies and procedures, including those regarding confidentiality of the individual's case/services records. Minimum Qualifications Basic Education Requirements: Possession of a Master's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in counseling, marriage/family therapy, psychology or social work. NOTE: If you will graduate within six (6) months of application from an accredited university and will meet the Education Requirement upon your graduation, you must provide a letter attesting to such from your department chair or university, along with your most current official transcripts. Final official transcript showing receipt of the degree must be submitted upon graduation. Experience Requirements: Applicants must have had progressively responsible experience of the kind and quality described in the statements below and in the amounts shown below or any equivalent combination of training and experience.     Tier 2 Child and Youth Behavioral (CYB) Military Family Life Counseling (MFLC) services to children of all ages of military service members and their families at military installations to include civilian expeditionary work force and their families (when activated). These services may include non-medical counseling, training/health and wellness presentations, consultation with parents, personnel at child development centers, and consultation to installation command regarding behavioral health issues affecting children and youth. CYB counselors will be assigned to child development centers, youth programs, summer camps, and on demand assignments. Provides non-medical, short-term, solution focused, walk-around counseling directly to service and family members. Services include assessment, brief counseling and consultation, action planning, referral to resources (assuring linkage as appropriate), and follow-up as indicated. Delivers training and health and wellness presentations and other base/installation activities as requested/directed. Enters counselor activity data on a daily basis through smart phone, or web application, to assure that reporting is accurate from assigned installation, while maintaining client/service member confidentiality. Creates a presence on the installation in which the service and family members feel comfortable approaching the counselor and recognize the program to be confidential. Partners with POC to provide MFLC services in a manner that addresses the needs of the installation. Develops an effective and professional working relationship with the installation POC. Provides MFLC response to critical incidents, surge and on demand events, and special requests as directed by the POC and approved by the Office of Secretary of Defense (OSD) program manager. Counselor will flex schedule to respond to urgent requests as needed. Manages duty to warn and restricted reporting situations according to Department of Defense (DoD) protocol and staffs the cases with Regional Supervisor/Regional Director. Communicates with Regional Supervisors and participates in regular individual and group supervision, sharing information regarding trends and issues on the installations to which the counselor is assigned.
