PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Aids students in course and subject selection based on students' Educational Development Plan.
* Obtains and disseminates occupational information to students and to classes studying occupations.
* Assists students in evaluating their aptitudes and abilities through the interpretation of individual standardized test scores and other pertinent data, and works with students in evolving education and occupation plans in terms of such evaluation.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree in guidance and counseling, social work, school psychology, or a comparable program providing required knowledge of the principles of child development, counseling, guidance programs, and implementation of student support services.

K-12 teaching experience a plus.
