Program Overview
Our Specialized Crisis Services program serves children and adolescents under the age of 18 who are experiencing a crisis- suicidal, homicidal, physical aggression, or psychosis. The program specializes in working with the client, family, and other systemic key participants to assess the risks versus the protective factors to keep the client and others safe. Specialized Crisis Services strives to use the least restrictive environment. The Youth Villages' SCS Program uses a systematic treatment model where interventions are parent focused bringing change through the family, school, community, and peer groups; training staff intensively in conducting assessment, crisis management, in-home treatment, and respite care.
Position Overview
Provide mobile crisis response and thorough, strength-based assessment of children and families in crises in their natural environments.
Utilize crisis respite homes when appropriate

Responsibilities
The Family Centered Treatment Therapist provides quality psychotherapeutic services to children, adolescents, and families utilizing the Family Centered Treatment model.
Provide Family Centered Treatment (FCT) Clinical Services as per the service definition and model fidelity requirements.
FCT Certification is required and must be completed within one year of employment in order to continue to provide FCT services and maintain employment with Health Connect America (HCA).
Complete FCT Checkoffs and other internal trainings within designated deadlines. Trainings are assigned and monitored through an e-learning system.
Deliver FCT clinical services to children, adolescents, and their families, primarily in their living environments, with a family focus.
Provide 24/7 on-call coverage to a caseload of families and children. Service is regularly provided in the home and community and will require service provision at the convenience of the child and family requiring a flexible work schedule.
Complete all required Clinical Records and FCT documents with the child and family and ensure the documents are entered/uploaded timely in the Electronic Health Record, according to company standards.
Develop Service Plan in coordination with Treatment Team Process and maintain the plan per designated authorization processes in the clinician's area of service. Work collaboratively on behalf of the child and family with the identified Treatment Team members to ensure effective communication and coordinated service provision.
Provide psychoeducation as indicated in the Service Plan.
Conduct interventions with the family aligned with the FCT model to include facilitating the movement of the child and family through the four phases of treatment and completing all fidelity documents.
Assist the families and children to establish weekly goals and help them to identify the steps that need to be taken to reach the established goals.
Develop and coordinate discharge plan based on treatment, indicating all relevant aftercare needs and plans. Access community resources that would be beneficial to client aftercare needs.
Coordinate and oversee the initial and ongoing assessment activities.
Convene the Treatment Team for Service Plan.
Consult with identified medical (e.g., primary care and psychiatric) and non-medical (e.g., Dept. of Child Services, school, Dept. of Juvenile Justice) providers; engage community and natural supports and include their input in the person-centered planning process.
Provide and coordinate behavioral health services and other interventions for the youth or other family members with other behavioral health professionals and Treatment Team members.
Qualifications
A Master's Degree in human services or a related field is required for this position.
A minimum of two years of experience in working directly with youth and families is necessary.
Current Family Centered Treatment Certification is preferred.
Additional state specific requirements include:
NC, VA- QMHP or ability to register as a QMHP
MS- Must be provisionally credentialed as a PCSS in Mississippi with eligibility to be fully credentialed as a CCSS in Mississippi.

Program Overview
Our Specialized Crisis Services program serves children and adolescents under the age of 18 who are experiencing a crisis- suicidal, homicidal, physical aggression, or psychosis. **What Will You Do?**
+ Follow operational policies to analyze, investigate, and resolve BSI claims of varying levels of severity with moderate supervision from claims management.

+ Monitor marketplace conditions, conduct research, and draft reference materials to inform claim and underwriting colleagues on law impacting Travelers' underwriting and claim decisions.

+ Surety specific:
+ Provide legal review and advice to underwriters on bond obligations and project contract documents. Review, draft and/or modify bond forms, contract documents and other agreements including, indemnity, takeover, completion, subcontractor ratification, financing and collateral.
+ Engage in account workout risk mitigation analysis, advise on mitigation strategies, and assist in execution of such strategies.
+ Monitor account bankruptcy proceedings and document post-bankruptcy indemnity. Draft and file proofs of claim and advise as to potential recovery. Retain outside counsel where appropriate to protect or enforce surety rights.
+ Negotiate the resolution of bonded obligations on defaulted contracts, and terms of agreements including indemnity agreements, letters of credit, set aside letters from lenders, intercreditor agreements and subordination agreements.
+ Determine whether bond exposure has expired, including for the purpose of releasing collateral, by reviewing bond terms, applicable law, and court dockets (when applicable).

Bond & Specialty Insurance (BSI) provides management and professional liability, cyber, crime insurance, and surety bonds to or on behalf of businesses of all sizes. The BSI Claim Counsel team conducts thorough investigation, analysis, evaluation, and disposition of claims and claim litigation to achieve superior customer service and to optimize claim results. Travelers' Cyber Claim Team is responsible for handling claims focusing on cyber privacy and security breach incident response, computer crime, infrastructure attacks and restoration, notification to affected parties and regulators, business interruption, consumer privacy liability, and identity fraud/theft. The First-Party Cyber Claim Team partners with and supports business units including Private-Non-Profit, Public Companies, Financial Institutions, Insurance Companies, Investment Advisors, and Professional Liability.
