Essential Functions
1. Act as point of contact for assigned hosts.
2. Set up hosts with tour resources, website login, maintain regular contact, etc.
3. Stay in consistent & proactive communication with hosts throughout tour lifespan.
4. Help equip groups for successful group travel by utilizing company provided resources.
5. Communicate tours deadlines with hosts and any updates pertinent to their group.
6. Keep in contact with other departments (air, ground, supervisors) with necessary
customer/host deviations, cancellations, and preferences.
7. Review traveler information and communicate with hosts prior to sending tour packets.
8. Performs other related duties as assigned.

About the role
Clinical Counselors with Living Well Professional Counseling are employed based on part-time status and are paid per session based on a fee schedule established by the agency. Every position at LWC is expected to adhere to the LWC Ministry Standard and Core Competencies and Values at all times. For this particular counseling position, we need an LCSW/LPC who will be available for some after school/work appointments. Minimum 3 years as an LCSW or LPC is necessary. Experience as a counselor supervisor would be a plus in this role. Telehealth and in-office at Harmony Baptist Association.
What you'll do
COUNSELING SERVICES:
Counseling shall be provided to families, couples, and individuals utilizing professional skills and Christian compassion.
Involvement in other related ministry activities as time and skills allow, i.e., marriage enrichment retreats, parenting seminars, support groups, etc.
Maintain communication with the administrative assistant regarding hours available and sessions scheduled. Changes to availability should be made clear with sufficient time to accommodate the adjustment for office staff and clients served.
Provide a minimum of 15 hours of counseling services each week. All new counselors have 3 months to build up client load.
Counselors are responsible for directing the treatment of their clients and coordination of that care with the QBHPs who are assigned to provide services.
If applicable, provide QBHP Supervision to Connected and Desired Haven staff according to policy.
OPERATION OF COUNSELING OFFICE:
Attend weekly group consultation with the other counselorsCounselors receive $20 credit for every group consultation attended. Credit can be used toward training of the counselors' choosing.
For Community Site Counselors, complete and document all required training and supervision in a timely manner.
Participate in annual Quality of Care Reviews
Maintain a license in good standing with the state of Arkansas and continue supervision as required by the licensing board
