Primary Care Clinician nurse will work collaboratively with physicians, staff and other health care professionals to provide a smooth health care continuum for all patients within the clinic setting. The nurse is an integral member of the clinic care team who works to ensure safety, best practice and high quality standards of care are maintained across the continuum. The RN is responsible for coordinating a variety of patient wellness and chronic illness activities for the clinic's entire patient population. Success will be measured by the results of the outcome performance measures of the population of patients in the clinic. (eg. Patient Satisfaction, ACO, HCC, clinic quality dashboards). The RN acts in a clinical leadership role utilizing concepts of critical thinking and creative problem solving to ensure positive outcomes in the delivery of clinical care.
Requirements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION: Graduate of an accredited program for Registered Nursing. BSN preferred
CERTIFICATION/LICENSES: Licensed by State of New Mexico as an RN. BLS Certification issued through American Heart Association required, or within 2 weeks of hire date.

Job Summary
This position is a full-time, licensed school counselor position beginning January 5, 2026. As a college preparatory school, ATC employs one full-time counselor for a grades 7-12 enrollment of approximately 400 students. The position is focused on student wellness, and the counselor works in collaboration with the Director of Academics and Advising who focuses on post-secondary planning, credit attainment, master schedule design, and course management.
Responsibilities and Duties
Design and refine self-advocacy training for students. Along with the Director of Academics, support the planning and implementation of ATC's "College Crew" student advisory program taught by faculty.
Wellness services to students in grades 7-12. The ATC counselor collaborates closely with a diverse array of teams to develop and implement both prevention and intervention wellness programs for students and families, including but not limited to substance abuse, healthy relationships, and self-regulation skills.
Mental health services to students in grades 7-12. Provide crisis response services as needed. Short-term counseling and referrals for long-term support. Design and implement prevention and intervention group counseling as needed. Implementing assessments to discern mental health needs for students.
School operations. All faculty and staff assist in the orderly operation of the school and equitably apply and adhere to school policies/procedures. School counselors play a lead role in mediating and improving relationships between students, parents, and teachers.

Qualifications and Skills

* Direct patient care will be required as official duties and monitors residents at all times; screens and monitors all visitors/phone calls, family visits according to policies and procedures; reports questionable symptoms to clinical or nursing staff on duty or with on-call staff, completes accurate entries into medical chart progress notes.

* Aid or assistant to professional or associate staff engaged in work of a social services nature in private, public welfare, government program, or community organizations, or in voluntary activities.
* Aid or assistant to professional or specialist staff working with individuals who are addicted to or abuse alcohol and/or drugs.
Time In Grade
