Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure a cohesive learning experience and contribute to the continuous improvement of the Social Work program. Comply with all institutional policies, including those related to academic integrity and student success. Provide advice to students. Participate and attend monthy committee meetings. REQUIREMENTS Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required; a Doctorate in Social Work (DSW or PhD) is preferred. LCSW EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/ABILITIES: A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in social work practice, preferably with direct experience in clinical settings, community organization, or social work administration. Previous teaching experience at the college or university level is strongly preferred. Active licensure in social work (LCSW, LMSW, or equivalent) is highly desirable. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive educational environment for diverse student populations.
