This full-time position coordinates and administers services that provide peer-based intensive follow-up to individuals impacted by gun violence, quality assurance, and resource development. It is primarily afternoons, evenings, and every other weekend and requires on-call, in-person crisis response. Essential Functions of Position Essential duties of the job include: Provide community-based violence interruption, peer support, and advocacy to the highest-risk individuals involved in violence Provide support to clients, their families, and friends to ensure their safety Provide client referrals to community service providers Maintain frequent follow-up contact with clients, family, friends, and service providers through community/home visits and telephone contact.
