The Clinical Therapist is responsible for performing a wide variety of patient care activities as directed by the Clinical Director. Clinician will be responsible for patient caseload and will provide group, individual, and family therapy. Clinician will conduct psychosocial and biopsychosocial assessments. Clinician will collaborate with the Treatment Team to formulate the Master Treatment Plan, and assist in coordinating discharge planning. The Clinician has primary responsibility for maintaining communication with the family, referral source and other service providers as needed.
Requirements
Master's Degree with appropriate licensure / certification as per State regulations
At least two (2) years of clinical experience in mental health field (additional training may substitute for one year
Licensed in the state of Indiana with one of the following:

Job Tasks:

Positively promote collaborative processes in educational planning for students by encouraging parent/guardian participation in the school setting.
Determine and implement appropriate therapeutic strategies to effect changes in behavioral and social interactions of students and their families.

Provide crisis intervention services.
Provide social work case management for students and families.

Overview
Under general supervision is responsible for managerial correctional counseling work of average difficulty and related work as required. This class differs from the Correctional Counselor 3 in that an incumbent of the latter performs lead level counseling work. This class differs from Associate Warden in that an incumbent of the latter is responsible for managing operations and programs in an adult correctional facility and supervises members of this class.
Responsibilities
1. Manages Correctional Counselor staff in counseling adult and juvenile offenders.
2. Assesses the underlying reentry needs of offenders in order to address key issues affecting successful reentry into the community upon release.
3. Evaluates the quality of service providers and resources such as counseling, placements, and case management in order to ensure offenders receive high quality services.
4. Performs quality assurance reviews of offender caseloads carried by assigned team members and subordinates to ensure accurate completion of risk-needs assessments and proper documentation.
5. Reviews and assesses cases in preparation for release to ensure an effective reentry plan has been established to facilitate a seamless transition from incarceration to community.
6. Utilizes data to make decisions and plans to address issues, trends, and concerns to choose the best solutions.

Handle employment litigation, including conducting investigations and preparing responses to claims arising under Title VII, the ADEA, the ADA, as well as claims filed with the EEOC and state agencies.
Assist with the development and implementation of employment policies, procedures, agreements, and separation strategies that support workforce planning, talent retention, and organizational objectives.
Oversee the Company's response to employment-related disputes by developing strategic resolutions that minimize risk and litigation costs.
Manage outside counsel on employment litigation matters.
Coordinate and work on various legal projects as determined by senior legal leadership.
Support other areas of the Company as needed or requested.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Five + years' experience practicing law full-time working in a legal department of a medium or large financial institution, or with a major law firm.
Admitted to practice, and in good standing with the bar of one of the states in our footprint, with preference given to Illinois, Indiana or Minnesota, or qualified to be registered to practice as in-house counsel in the applicable state.
Ability to apply sound legal analysis and practical business judgment to legal matters.
Ability to consult with and advise Company's management at all levels.
Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to deliver timely, high quality work product.
Ability to work within a team environment.
Ability to work in-office within Company's footprint and preferably in our Chicago, Evansville, Indianapolis, or Minneapolis/St. Paul markets.
