See patients in housing areas or discharge trailer (Trailer 8) when necessary. Verify methadone (or Suboxone) community treatment participation, dosage, and last date of medication for newly admitted patients, as per policy and procedure. Screen and assess all eligible candidates for the KEEP program and admit them to the program when appropriate. Complete all required documentation including treatment plans in a timely fashion.
