Essential Job Functions: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential function listed below: •Works with supervisors in the development, implementation, maintenance, and generalization of behavioral change oMaintains the use of least restrictive treatment guidelines in the implementation of Behavioral Techniques oDirects program participant contact in effecting behavioral change, primarily in the area of activities of daily living, behavior management and social skills •Provides Behavioral Therapy and Active Treatment programming in the residence job site, and within the community on an individual or group basis oSubmits weekly logs indicating objectives, strategies, and results obtained oConsults with staff, insurance providers, lawyers, service providers post-discharge, and family on treatment recommendations and progress oParticipates in family education and therapy as needed •Participates in treatment planning with the trans-disciplinary team and attends pre-admission meetings as requested. The Life Enrichment Specialist is a full-time travel position responsible for providing on-site leadership support to Grace Management, Inc. communities by filling open Life Enrichment and Village Program leadership roles on assignment. This position ensures consistency in programming, hospitality excellence, and resident engagement during times of transition, vacancy, or performance improvement. The Specialist will work in collaboration with the Resident Experience team to uphold company standards, mentor Life Enrichment Directors and Village Program Life Enrichment Managers, and provide training and stabilization support across the portfolio.
Essential Functions of the Life Enrichment Specialist
Serve as an interim Life Enrichment Director or Village Program Life Enrichment Manager during community vacancies, transitions, or leadership changes, ensuring a seamless continuation of engagement programs.
Travel to communities nationwide, providing hands-on leadership, training, and mentorship to Life Enrichment teams.
Demonstrate full understanding and support of the Grace Management, Inc. mission, policies, and hospitality standards, ensuring consistent compliance and service excellence.
Partner with the Vice President of Resident Experience to implement life enrichment initiatives, training programs, and engagement standards.

This position has the primary responsibility of providing the full breadth of Child and Youth Behavioral (CYB) counseling services to children of all ages of military service members and their families at military installations to include civilian expeditionary work force and their families (when activated). These services may include non-medical counseling, training/health and wellness presentations, consultation with parents, personnel at child development centers, and consultation to installation command regarding behavioral health issues affecting children and youth. CYB counselors will be assigned to child development centers, youth programs, summer camps, and on demand assignments. The counselors work closely with the installation and military branch Points of Contact (POC) to assure that the program is provided within scope and meets the needs of the installation.
Provides non-medical, short-term, solution focused counseling directly to eligible children and youth of service members at assigned primary and secondary locations. Services include assessment, brief counseling and consultation, action planning, referral to resources (assuring linkage as appropriate), and follow-up as indicated.
CYB counselors will also have a focus on supporting the staff and personnel of Child Development Centers (CDC), youth programs and summer camps (if available/assigned) as well as providing parent support, training, and guidance.
Provides training and health and wellness presentations, participate in health fairs and other base/installation activities focused on children and youth.
Enters counselor activity data daily through smart phone or web application to assure that reporting is accurate from assigned installation while maintaining confidentiality and anonymity of service/family member.
Establishes and maintains working relationships with community resources focused on children and youth and provides appropriate linkages. Consistently visible within the assigned location(s) which allows MFLC services to be accessible. When working with children, counselor must abide by line-of-sight protocol. (Another adult with responsibility for the child must be able to see the counselor and child they are working with at all times.)
Partners with POC to provide CYB services in a manner that addresses the needs of the installation/facility. Develops an effective and professional working relationship with the installation/facility POC.
Manages duty to warn and restricted reporting situations according to Department of Defense (DoD) protocol and staffs the cases with Regional Supervisor/Regional Director.
Communicates with Regional Supervisors and participates in regular individual and group supervision, sharing information regarding trends and issues on the installations and in facilities to which the counselor is assigned. Responds to critical incidents and special requests as directed by the POC and approved by the Office of Secretary of Defense (OSD) program manager. The CYB will flex schedule to respond to urgent requests as needed or at the request of the Regional Supervisor/Regional Director.
Participates in regular in-services/training, Quality Improvement committees, initiatives, studies, pilot programs other contract activities as assigned/appropriate as directed by the customer and/or Magellan. This includes participation in pilot program certification and training processes, completion of activity documentation, integration of pilot activities in non-medical counseling work, and the utilization of applicable technology to complete required activities.

Assist the Site Supervisor in the delivery of services for an Orlando After-School All-Stars (Orlando ASAS) after-school and/or summer program, to ensure that the youth programming, behavioral expectations, and objectives of the program, needs of the staff, youth, families and public are met.An employee in this classification performs specialized work in the area of youth programming, enrichment and athletic programming under the direction of the Orlando ASAS Site Supervisor. Work is reviewed for results obtained through reports, observation, performance evaluations and conferences. Responsibilities include leading and/or supervising a variety of enrichment and athletic activities, while ensuring the safety of an Orlando ASAS after-school and/or summer program and facility.·
Assist in the coordination and supervision of activities and services offered at an Orlando ASAS program site.
Assists with discipline at assigned Orlando ASAS site and confers with parents regarding activities offered, participant progress and discipline problems.
Aides the teacher in enrichment activities at the Orlando ASAS site.
Ensures fair play and sportsmanship to youth while supervising and coaching athletic activities and games at the Orlando ASAS site.
Assists the Site Supervisor in the accurate and timely reporting of individual Orlando ASAS site staff and program scheduling, payroll, inventory, and youth attendance.
Assist the Site Supervisor in ensuring proper implementation of Orlando ASAS policy and procedures in the areas of operations at the program site.
Assist the Site Supervisor in ensuring the safety and security of Orlando ASAS program and facility.
· Minimum Requirements: Must be a current high school senior (or entering senior year if applying over the summer) or higher; some experience in an organized educational, recreation or leisure services field working in various activities such as educational programs, youth sports, aquatics, cultural and therapeutic arts, health and fitness, community centers, etc. preferred.; or an equivalent combination of related training and experience. Applicant must possess a valid Florida driver's license or state ID. Applicant must be 17 or older. First Aid/CPR certified preferred. Certification by the Florida Recreation and Park Association desired, but not required.

TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT: Completes all requirements according to Individual Training Plan within the first six months of hire and annually. Other training and/or professional development may be assigned due to evolution of programs.
