As a Youth Activities Counselor you will interact and supervise children ages 3-17 year old by providing a safe and entertaining environment in our Youth Activities spaces onboard our ships & island. You will need to be flexible with your work schedule, job tasks, and work locations as you start your new adventure in the Youth Activities department. As a Youth Activities Counselor, you will work in partnership with our Entertainment Host team, by providing program support to ensure all department and shipboard goals are met.
You will report to the Youth Activities Manager
**Responsibilities :**
+ Work with and oversee all children participating in Youth Activities programs, ages 3-17 years old
+ Support the set-up for all facilitated activities and accomplish clean-up tasks upon completion of programs; monitor audio and lighting needs
+ Help with the cleaning and sanitizing of spaces and objects, before, during, and after the facilities open; keep all spaces tidy during operating hours
+ Provide registration/check-in/check-out services for Guests in children's spaces on the ship and Disney Castaway Cay/ Disney Lookout Cay; operate multiple computer programs
+ Prepare food trays for children during meal or snack times
+ Present small-scale activities independently or with other Youth Counselors
+ Perform meet-and-greet functions in the Oceaneer's Club and Oceaneer's Lab for children and parents on embarkation day. Includes tour of facilities, overview of programs, and registration of children
+ Help organize adult or family activities as scheduled; may include welcome line, game shows, crowd control, hosting a lounge, bingo, Port Adventures dispatch or related
+ Support recreational activities on Disney Castaway Cay/ Disney Lookout Cay as scheduled; may include boat rental, snorkel rental, and snorkel instruction, if applicable based on ship
**Basic Qualifications :**
+ Minimum **12 months'** experience working with children in a high-volume, fast-paced environment in recreation, resort, day care, classroom, or before/ after school care setting, **OR** 3+ seasons (3 months each) of day camp experience **OR** 2+ seasons (3 months each) of overnight camp experience..
+ Passion for engaging children in entertaining programs and activities
+ Schooling in recreation, education, or related field of study focusing on youth preferred
+ Experience using computers
+ Good comprehension of the importance of following and maintaining health and sanitation guidelines
+ Ability to be proactive and be able to spontaneously entertain high volumes of children with high energy in the absence of planned activities; relates well to audiences of all ages and sizes
+ Strong teamwork skills, organizational skills and detail oriented
+ Committed to guest satisfaction; must be able to multi-task and demonstrate a sense of urgency when serving guests
+ Must be adaptable and flexible in an ever-changing environment

25. Consults with staff on child abuse and neglect issues and fulfills mandated reporter duties per State of Illinois laws.
26. Maintains confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
27. Employee will comply with the policies and procedures for bus monitoring. Bus monitoring services will consist of (but not limited to) securing all children in seatbelts, taking attendance, securing authorized signatures when releasing the child from the bus. Division Overview: The Corrections Transition Programs (CTP) is a statewide network of clinical reentry management services with the overall purpose of increasing opportunities for successful reentry outcomes. CTP provides specialized case management services to help people prepare to return to their families and communities after incarceration. CTP works both inside prisons and in communities to provide reentry support, including, but not limited to, behavioral health referrals, public benefits enrollment, finding employment and housing resources and obtaining state IDs and vital records.

Position Summary: This position will provide addiction intervention, AODA counseling and recovery support services to pregnant and post-partum mothers and their families. This position is responsible for bringing services, agencies, resources, and other people together to assist clients in achieving established goals. This position may also work with high-risk caseloads, co-occurring clients, families, and children.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist individuals in achieving service plan goals through direct services and coordination of behavior health, public agencies, and community resources.
Assess, evaluate, facilitate, and monitor individuals progress in relationship to established client center service plan and conditions of parole
Complete intake packets for program enrollment and participation
Provides referrals and crisis intervention for the individuals identified needs
Interview individuals, review records, and confer with other professionals to review individual progress, and to determine their suitability for program participation
Collaborate with internal and external partners, participate in staff meetings and monthly supervisions, and participate in integrated staffing with individuals receiving TASC services.
Identify and refer individuals with behavioral health needs
Complete and submit internal and external program reports
Complete and maintain all required individual and program related documentation which includes, documenting the results of screenings, enrollments, service plans, reports, progress notes, discharge summaries and other individual-related activities including accurate reporting of services
Monitor all individuals determined by individual progress towards service goals
Assist clients with the enrollment in public benefit systems and obtaining vital records
Monitor TASC database system and contractual/external database systems to ensure program compliance
Provide information on child development and parenting
Lead small groups and follow curriculum involving trauma, healthy relationships, co-parenting, and possibly other subjects as needs arise

Job DescriptionWe are looking to add to our Prairieland family in Decatur, IL. Prairieland is seeking a Case Manager/QIDP to serve Macon and Piatt counties. Bachelors degree in human service related field and one-year cumulative experience providing direct service to individuals with developmental disabilities required. The one-year cumulative experience requirement can be met through employment, volunteer or family care. GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Under the direct supervision of the Program Manager of Prairieland Service Coordination, Inc. the Case Manager assesses individual needs and assures the provision of necessary services through communication, service coordination linkage with provider agencies, service monitoring and individual advocacy.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Prairieland Service Coordination Inc. provides services in twenty three counties and at any given time a Case Manager may be requested to work in a county typically outside their caseload's geographic area. (i.e.: staff illness, staff resignation/termination).
Completes the PAS process, following the PAS manual procedures.
Advocates on behalf of the individual and/or family to assist the individual in obtaining services to which he/she is eligible and has chosen. Ensures the direct involvement and participation of the individual and their family in this process.
Reviews individual's medical, residential, vocational, educational, legal and financial status needs and individual choices through Visiting Notes, as required.
Schedule and complete Discovery and Personal Plan process annually, or as required.
Maintains individual files as specified by program and agency guidelines.
Provides problem-solving consultation with provider agencies following the DHS Conflict Resolution guideline.
Schedule and complete all Visits, Discovery, and Personal Plan process as required.
Coordinates specialized services for eligible Bogard individuals as needed and submit summary reports to external agencies as appropriate.
Monitors services provided to Bogard class members on a monthly basis and advocates for any unmet needs.
Enters billings daily into Birdseye to ensure all time reporting for payroll is submitted on time and accurately.
Participates in scheduled all staff meetings and mandated training sessions as recommended by the Executive Director and/or Program Manager.
Alerts the Program Manager of PSCI to problematic issues, trends or service gaps.
Perform other related work as required or requested by the Executive Director and/or Program Manager.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
A bachelor's degree in human services required and QIDP eligibility as established by Department of Human Services.
