Summary
Reporting to the Director of Imaging Services and/or designee, the Diagnostic Imaging Technologist is responsible for radiological care to patients of all ages, for the purpose of diagnosis and/or treatment of anatomical and physiologic disorders using ionizing radiation. Must have working knowledge of conventional Radiology. Must be able to operate all X-ray equipment and PACS. Prepares exam room, equipment, supplies and medications for patient's procedures and is responsible for patient education. Proven competency in addition to conventional radiography, working knowledge in at least one other area CT, MRI, or Interventional Radiology if applicable competencies are met. May be required to take call.

Duties and Responsibilities:
As a BPA, you will be part of our 60,000+ workforce that strives to protect the American people by safeguarding our borders, deterring illicit activity, and enhancing the nation's economic prosperity. Being a BPA makes you a valuable member of the Federal Law Enforcement Officer (LEO) profession.
Typical assignments include:

· Performing physical searches of detained individuals, their vehicles, and their immediate surroundings for weapons, contraband, currency, and other evidence.
· Apprehending, physically restraining, or working with law enforcement officials to identify or apprehend violators of state, federal, or immigration laws.
· Proficient in the use of firearms, preparing investigative reports, serving court orders (e.g., warrants, subpoenas, etc.), and gathering evidence for criminal cases prosecuted through the court system.
If you have previous or current law enforcement or military law enforcement experience, you may qualify at the GS-11 grade level.

The above experience will be applied in connection with the following: Make arrests and exercise sound judgment in the use of firearms; deal effectively with people in a courteous manner in connection with law enforcement matters; analyze information rapidly and make prompt decisions; or develop and maintain contact with a network of informants.
There are no education substitutions for the GL-9 or GS-11 grade-level Border Patrol Agent opportunities.

About the Role:
We're looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and self-motivated team players with at least 2 years of customer-facing experience to:
Deliver vehicles straight to customers' doors with our custom car haulers (don't worry - a commercial license is not required to drive the hauler and you will receive ample training)

Essential Qualifications - Manufacturing Operations Director
Bachelor's degree in Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
Recent experience in the paper, packaging, printing, or converting industry required
10+ years of progressive manufacturing operations experience
7+ years of management experience
5+ years leading cross-functional teams to drive transformational improvements
Strong team development, change management, and facilitation skills
PMP Project Management certification preferred
Six Sigma or Lean manufacturing certifications preferred
Proven success driving lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
Expertise in ERP systems, business intelligence tools, and analytical skills
Demonstrated business partner and leadership skills with ability to scope and understand business needs and define and implement solutions
Track record of building organizational synergies and aligned teams
Professional, positive, and people-oriented approach

Job Title: Multi-Site Lead Maintenance
Reports To: Property Manager
RCMI Property: Fairway, Sienna Place, and Sutter
GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB:
The lead maintenance is responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of the community always. This involves insuring a clean and well maintained living environment for residents, visitors and staff, it is the lead maintenance duty to anticipate, identify and correct all problems involving the property and to implement procedures that will prevent such problems and provides oversight to maintenance workers in the performance of their job functions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Lead Maintenance will have total responsibility for the repair and/or replacement of the following:
Plumbing - Interior and exterior
Appliances - Replacement of parts and units
Electrical - All outside lighting, timers, circuit breakers, light switches and wall receptacles
Carpentry - All doors or jab repair or replacement, replacement of shelves or trim repair of kitchen or bath cabinets and drawers
Air Conditioners - Repair or replacement of units and all relating parts of the total system
Carpet and Tile - Repair of carpet or padding and replacement of floor or ceramic tile
Exterior - Fences, patios enclosures, guttering, railings, windows, pools and pool equipment or any exterior problem which requires maintenance attention
Investigate and maintain a preventative maintenance program, records, and scheduling
Maintains accurate records in accordance with the policies and procedures of the Company regarding EPA/OSHA standards, preventative maintenance, service requests received and completed, expenditures, apartment make-ready status, work-in-progress, etc.
Oversees key control
Maintains a service-oriented environment by exhibiting a professional appearance and attitude
Daily work schedules and problems. Monitors, minimizes, and manages maintenance personnel overtime
Keeping track of warranties and model numbers
Implementation / use of work order / ticketing system / Yardi input
Tenant relation program as it relates to maintenance
Review utility costs and budget costs related to maintenance
Review and update general information guide for tenants as it relates to maintenance functions
Purchasing, ordering and inventory of stock within budgetary guidelines
Maintains emergency response plan updated and current to ensure optimal execution and implementation when necessary
Maintenance staff appearances and uniform policy enforcement
On-call support
Responsible for upkeep on property golf cart, tools, equipment on site
Budget and ordering
Strong customer service
Maintain professional appearance at all times
Additional projects as assigned by Property Manager or Regional Maintenance Supervisor
EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE:
EPA Certification
High school or GED equivalent
CPO certified preferred-if applicable
Valid driver's license

The Food & Beverage Director Role:
Woodbridge Golf & Country Club has an immediate opportunity for an experienced Food & Beverage Director with a passion for excellence in the hospitality industry. The successful candidate will have 4 or more years of Food & Beverage Director experience with a strong background in club, resort or hotel food operations; a successful track record of profitable operations in excess of $2 million in revenues; a work history of stable tenure; familiarity with budgeting while pursuing quality and service goals; conversant with planning, budgeting, and promoting dining services; understand current trends in fine and casual dining; and demonstrate innovation and creativity in event planning. A focus on member satisfaction is essential.
The Food & Beverage Director ensures that all support and service is conducted and fulfilled in a manner consistent with the standards, goals, and objectives of Woodbridge Golf & Country Club, and assists with hospitality service as needed. Daily duties include ordering and inventorying supplies and personally overseeing dining activities for all service times and special events, while consistently ensuring a high level of quality and cost standards.
The Food & Beverage Director is responsible for supervising all hospitality team members in the dining rooms, banquet events and other functions. This leadership role also supervises and mentors its department managers and staff, ultimately guiding, teaching and developing all team members to their fullest capacities. The successful candidate possesses extensive knowledge and experience in HR procedures, and is responsible for reviewing and prioritizing food and beverage maintenance schedules and projects.
The Food & Beverage Director reports directly to the General Manager, and must also have an excellent working relationship and ability to work as a team player with all members of the management team. The Food & Beverage Director will participate with various committees and member groups as required.
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work various shifts including weekends, holidays and special events.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week or more depending on business needs.
• Ability to be continuously mobile on the floor for an entire eight-hour shift or up to twelve hours during special events or as business demands.
• Required to stand for long periods and walk, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, stretch and twist or reach
• Ability to grasp, bend, and stoop: push, pull, or carry heavy loads weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Continuous repetitive motions.
• Work in hot, humid and noisy environment.
